Think I echo Fabianski in saying that those goals are not completely unrealistic and you have a very good chance of getting most of them with the TTT lineup that you've assembled.

Don't think those goals are too unrealistic. You've got the division's strongest TTT unit, so Olympia's Tour and Trentino (or Isle of Man, depending on which one you finally picked) look doable. USAPCC will come down to luck anyway, so you might very well do it. And I also see you as a promotion contender, making the Top5 team standings goal pretty realistic, too.
Only one that might be out of reach - depending on the startlist, of course - would be ToA (which btw is 3 goal points and not 2, due to being C1).
I think you picked your goals well, and should be well set for the season
We'll see. I've edited it because I did pick Trentino finally.
Yeah, Tour of America is going to be a stretch

USAPCC is my win goal as well so at least one of us is going to be disappointed.
Agree generally seem achievable, ToA is unpredictable, if Kuss can finish 4th then you can get a top 10.

The Leaders’ Calendar:
Part 1
Andrew Talanksy
Glanbia needed to bring in a big Stage Racer and after much competition in the American circles Talansky was landed. He’s 34 but we hope he can still deliver Top 5s, Top 3s and who knows...
We will be hoping to use his skills to capitalise on the TTT set-up in week long races. You can take it in C2 races he will be hoping for Top 5 in the GC and in C1 races the Top 10.
So yeah, no Tour of America.
Goal-wise his name is slotted in beside a top 5 in Trentino and if we are to hit the top 5 in the rankings he will have to score big all year round.
January | Vuelta a Tachira | February | Tour of Catalunya | April | Tour of California | June | Tour of Vancouver | June | Monterrey TTT | June | Apex Mountain Classic | July | Tour de Vineyards | July | Tour d’Andorra | August | Giro del Trentino | September | GP Lugano |

I can't say that I like Talansky's schedule Plenty of clashes with Stüssi and our own TTT setup - while you'll probably gain some time in the team events, I'll have to hope for our climbers to get it back somehow
Looking forward to some good racing - and I wouldn't be surprised if you scored way more points from mountainous stage races than one would think when looking only at pure climbing skills

The Tour of America Team. Gavin Mannion will probably be the best GC chance but it's more a team built for stage wins.
I'd love to see Brandt or McKenna also go for KOM
Sam Bennett still has the REC to hopefully stay going for stage wins until the end. He has declined but a couple of years ago he came close to taking the Green Jersey.
Then we have the Time Triallers- Cruz in general and Frame for the Prologue. Hoping for some break away action from these two as well.
Conor Dunne is a real wildcard, hopefully helpful on all terrains and attacking when he can.
Ben Healy is going to lap up all that C1 XP

Gavin Mannion will pretty much just ride with Talanasky in the mountains apart from ToA.
Lawson Craddock will lead in a variety of races where TTs matter but he can take some hills and even some climbs. This means his targets as leader are:
• Hong Kong Challenge,
• Jelejah SKL and
• Herald Sun Tour
but you can take it anywhere there is a TT he will be present.
For Hilly Classics (Gisborne, San Jose, Izola...), Sean McKenna will be mainly leading but he will also lead in some hilly Stage Races like Tour of South Africa and Pais Vasco.
Sam Bennett will try and once again try to break Glanbia’s terrible run of good luck in our home race- the Rás Tailiteann.
Otherwise he will begin in our only HC race- Down Under Classic- and then mainly focus on Stage Races with flat stage until the Tour of America. His favourite races from previous years like the USA Pro Cycling Challenge and the Betonxpress GP will feature.
Our Time Trial collective of Sean Downey, Freddy Cruz and James Oram will try and turn up at any TTT event and between them cover all TTs.
We have a lot of faith in our Prologue specialist Alex Frame for the USA Pro CC, Jelejah and anywhere his prologue skill might be handy.

Yup the Talansky schedule looks familiar. Although Warbasse has a dash of Craddock in his schedule and will leave it to Kuss at a few of those.
Your TOA squad very similar to mine with Kuss in the Mannion role, hoping we are weak enough that Kuss will go for stage wins or KOM rather than riding the GC. But if he does ride GC we also have a cadre of other climbers to target breakaways. I think including McKenna in the squad was a great call for the first week.

Vuelta a Tachira
There are some races that just don't go your way no matter what you do....and then there are some races that you just ace!
Vuelta a Tachira will go down in Glanbia history as our first ever Stage Race win and as marking the extremely spectacular debut of Andrew Talansky
On Stage 9 he dominated the mountain top finish to set up a relaxed final day..
On Stage 10 Freddy Cruz put the cherry on the cake winning the final TT. Double decline? What's that says Freddy
Talansky not only won 2 stages and the GC but also won the KOM and Points Jersey
Fade to...

Hong Kong Challenge
We had such an anonymous race here that Liam Curley's participation in the break on Day 1 was our only camera time.
Consistent but unspectacular performances from Lawson Craddock earned him a 16th place in the GC. He finished 8th last year so a bit disappointing..
San Jose Classic
Again the only sight of Glanbia was n the break...this time Juneau and JB Murphy
McKenna, Craddock and Dunne finished well outside any points.
If we want to keep up the momentum of Táchira we can't afford any more of these zero point days...

Big congrats on that fantastic Tachira performance! Talansky really seems to enjoy his new environment, literally destroying the competition on the last two days. While I'm still surprised at this display of strength, I'm starting to get a bit worried about the mountain stage races where I'll participate as well
Slightly worse results in HK and San José, but with both DUC and Gisborne being decent races for you, I'd say you had a great first month and will be among the top teams in the first rankings update

February Preview:
Only one race in February for Glanbia- the Tour of Catalunya
Talansky will lead of course alongside lieutenant Gavin Mannion. The race will include the first Team Time Trial test of the season
Manger MacC hasn't quite fully gone all-in on the Time Trial Team so Mannion and Dan Martin are brought as mountain help for Talansky
Downey. Cheyne, Scotson, Brandt and Frame make up the team and hopefully will be strong enough to put in a decent TTT
Target: Top 5 and Stage Win, Top 3 in TTT

Damn, Talanksy was awesome at Tachira.
Catalunya is Warbasse' first chance to get his vengeance with a day like that but will also have Jura to contend with.

February Review
Only a single race in February for Glanbia, Catalunya.
On the first day a surprising impact as Gavin Mannion just misses out in a hilly finish:
Alex Frame repped for Glanbia here in the sprint stakes although I didn’t consider him a sprinter. Instead he is here for Stage 3 - Glanbia’s first TTT of the year.
A decent third place is about right given the balance between climber support and pure TT guys. The result was good enough to allow the team gloss over a culturally insensitive remark by the commentator
That result put us in a nice place for the decisive mountain stages. Unfortunately Talansky cracked as his Táchira legs were left in South America.
He started 8th in GC for the tricky penultimate day. The day passed without incident for our great leader. Given his dodgy form we were just hoping to hold onto the top 10 in the final climbs on stage 6.
But he prevailed on a very tough day to come home with the yellow jersey group :
4th on the day means Talansky finishes a solid 6th overall, a good result but sort of hard to take after the high of Tachira. Gavin Mannion and Tyler Brandt also cored minor GC points.
As a month Glanbia did just about enough to keep momentum going. Tougher races lay ahead.....

Good job in Catalunya, especially Mannion's first stage result was quite a (nice) surprise!
As you said, you had to find the balance between pure TT powerhouses and climbing support for the TTT, which probably made the pendulum swing my way (having 3 climbers who can TT pretty well). Talansky wasn't as great as in Tachira, but 6th is probably more "realistic" in this field - and certainly still a good result
At least you are surely keeping the promotion charge on, let's continue this way

Looks like it's gonna be a good season for you.

Things going smoothly so far and very much on course for a promotion challenge. The green & gold has certainly been visible in the sharp end!

Jelejah SKL
A new race for Glanbia so let’s see if we can stamp our own bit of history onto the race!
Craddock was leader here as it is almost a perfect fit for his skillsets. Two short TTs, prologues I guess and two hilly days. These hilly days ideally would burn off the TT specialists while not being mountainous enough to drop Craddock....
The first prologue was our first look at the newly maxxed out Alex Frame- prologuer extraordinaire.
He didn’t deliver but gets another shot in Stage 4. Instead Freddy Cruz stepped up (again) to take a 3rd place. Respectable showing from Oram in 5th and Downey in 10th but Craddock’s 13th was actually of most interest setting him up nicely.
Freddy Cruz'ing
Stage 2:
The sprinters were favoured for day 2 despite a bumpy last few bits.
There was a split but all Glanbia’s main hopes got home safety with no losses.
Stage 3:
Definitely, the day to win (or at least not lose it)!
6km and a brave Craddock attacks! Going for glory...
It doesn’t come off but he finished a very solid 10th not losing any time. He goes into the final super short TT in 3rd place.
Stage 4:
Again, Frame is mentioned in the favourites.
He does go fastest provisionally...
but then teammate Oram beats him!
Ultimately though a lesson from the true specialists topple the Glanbia duo. Oram ends up 5th, Frame 7th and Downey 8th.
Craddock is “slightly disappointing” to quote the commentator, 14th on the day means 4th overall.
Summary:
A fairly good race in the end with Craddock’s good GC result and all the small stage points adding up.
This was probably our best shot at big points this month and we have bagged a decent haul.
