For those interested, the rider points allocation will work as follows:
Road Race
Taking the Continental and ProTour Nations standings (Continental includes all riders, ProTour includes best 5 from each country), the nation in first place is allocated 1 point, 2nd gets 2 points, 3rd gets 3 and so on.
The amount of points each nation gets from the Continental and ProTour standings is then added up. The 10 nations with the lowest total will receive an allocation of 9 riders in the road race. The next 5 will receive 6 riders, and then the 5 after that will get 3.
The Nations standings will be taken after the end of the management game month of August. This is what they would be like if taken right now:

Lots of B&Os
Eventhough I have to express my dissapointment with the Dutch nominator not selecting Veelers. With three wins this season he should have been here. Shame on you!

A lot will depend on the pace set and the amount of attacks over the hills. Any rider with 70+ Hills and 70+Sprint will have a good chance. Im tipping Pozzato.

I'm sorry, but Bertagnolli has scored about 2 wins this season, and several podiums. Plus I voted for him to be in it. Thats the bliss of being a selector.
