Hi, I hope this isn't too late but I am pretty bad with finding micro nation riders haha. I have some suggestions, again stats-wise I'm pretty sure this is not the way to go about this but it's just to give pointers towards the type of riders these are.
I'd like to add that most of these are real riders or were. But for age reasons have been adapted. These are from various European micro states because the goal of my team will be focussing on micro state talent.
Berlin is a decent climber that focuses on smaller French stages in the south. As a former long distance runner thats why I put the stamina quite so high. IRL he is 32 so I just made him younger.
CyclistID | Last name | First name | Flat | Mountain | Hill | TT | Stamina | Resistance | Recovery | Cobbles | Sprint | Acceleration | Fighter | Downhill | Prologue | Country | XP Level | XP Points | Day | Month | Year | Age | Potential | x | Berlin | Antoine | 70 | 76 | 72 | 69 | 77 | 70 | 66 | 55 | 56 | 67 | 69 | 70 | 67 | MCO | ? | ? | 2 | 8 | 2000 | 22 | 4
Peter Hermann was a rider on track and participated in road races. He finished around 50th in the road race of the olympics and rode the TT on track so that explains the stats. I named him as a son perhaps to replace him as he's well into his 60's.
CyclistID | Last name | First name | Flat | Mountain | Hill | TT | Stamina | Resistance | Recovery | Cobbles | Sprint | Acceleration | Fighter | Downhill | Prologue | Country | XP Level | XP Points | Day | Month | Year | Age | Potential | x | Hermann | Peter Jr. | 73 | 64 | 68 | 72 | 72 | 70 | 71 | 52 | 68 | 69 | 69 | 68 | 76 | LIE | ? | ? | 13 | 2 | 2000 | 22 | 3
This next one is to replace Vito Corbelli who competed in the 60's. Was a regular road racer and TTT rider.
CyclistID | Last name | First name | Flat | Mountain | Hill | TT | Stamina | Resistance | Recovery | Cobbles | Sprint | Acceleration | Fighter | Downhill | Prologue | Country | XP Level | XP Points | Day | Month | Year | Age | Potential | x | Aquilani | Andrea | 73 | 67 | 68 | 73 | 72 | 70 | 71 | 65 | 74 | 76 | 72 | 67 | 72 | SMR | ? | ? | 30 | 6 | 1999 | 23 | 4
Same as above but for Guido Frisoni from the 90's, not much to find so a regular old domestique i guess.
CyclistID | Last name | First name | Flat | Mountain | Hill | TT | Stamina | Resistance | Recovery | Cobbles | Sprint | Acceleration | Fighter | Downhill | Prologue | Country | XP Level | XP Points | Day | Month | Year | Age | Potential | x | Martino | Stan | 74 | 69 | 70 | 66 | 74 | 72 | 71 | 70 | 68 | 69 | 72 | 67 | 67 | SMR | ? | ? | 7 | 4 | 2000 | 22 | 4
This one is for Federico Gasperoni who was/is both a professional footballer for San Marino and road some road races. He was 13th in the Games of the Small States of Europe in 2011 and 8th(?) in 2013.
CyclistID | Last name | First name | Flat | Mountain | Hill | TT | Stamina | Resistance | Recovery | Cobbles | Sprint | Acceleration | Fighter | Downhill | Prologue | Country | XP Level | XP Points | Day | Month | Year | Age | Potential | x | Grandini | Oscarito | 71 | 63 | 74 | 60 | 71 | 73 | 70 | 75 | 72 | 71 | 74 | 66 | 62 | SMR | ? | ? | 28 | 7 | 2000 | 22 | 6
I know these might be alot/far fetched stats wise but as I said I'm new and just trying to get some more micro riders in the DB which I think wouldn't hurt the general variety. I also realise these might just not get added but can't know if I don't try. Thank you.

I am not sure if I am quite late, but I guess it's worth a try. Also, I am still trying to wrap my head around attributes so until I manage that I'll suggest some riders without its attributes.
JASON HUERTAS (24.03.1998)
The Costa Rican champion of the past 2 season and TT chapion last year and 2nd this year. So, he can sprint and he can TT. He proved that in Vuelta a Chiriqui last year as well. He was considered one of the promises of Costa Rican cycling but he had a bout with a doping scandal at Vuelta a Costa Rica in 2017 and was suspended for it. Before that he was ar Lizarte in Spain and he proved to be a breakaway specialist with 2 such wins. He also came 2nd in Vuelta a Cantabria then with his sprint/TT combination. This season he returned to Spain amateur level, but he had some unfortunate accidents, so I am not able to tell how well his season would have gone. I see him as a sprinter/TT with fighter qualities.
GABRIEL ROJAS (09.02.200)
Winner of Volta a Portugal do Futuro this season. He showed some climbing abilities and last year won the RR Junior Pan American Games. Currently he rides for Team Essax in Spain.
SERGIO CHUMIL (08.10.2000)
Another cyclist riding in Spain for an amateur team. He showed some promise, especially where climbing is involved, with some decent results. His best day was on the queen stage of Volta a Portugal do Futuro where he came 2nd, 9 seconds behind Gabriel Rojas who eventually won the race.
