I agree, I think it would ruin the jersey if he wears it... |

Fabian Cancellara out of the worlds too! Fatigue apparently. A real shame i was hoping to see him do well in both road and time trial. Seems like the olympics might have finished a few of the world contenders off?
No he became sick after Tour of Poland..
I hope that Schumacher will be sick too. Go Zabriskie |

sick? L'equipe doesn't seem to think so
bla bla bla then
he's too tired since his win in Beijing.

Cancellara is great but i think it will be nice to see a new rider with the world TT champion jersey, Cance already got the Olympics. Cyclingnews doesn't have Schumacher in the provisional startlist Germany have Grabsch and Martin, i think both have better form that Shumacher right now and can make the podium, think Levi is the favorite to win but it will be close. |

I have just read bucketloads of post on a danish site where people think that the Schlecks actually has a chance of winning or get a top 5

top 5, maybe, but I very much doubt it. It's a sprint. Freire, Bettini, etc.

Fränk did a great 4th place last year. The problem is that the Schlecks are too skinny to sprint or improve their sprint ability.
Ahh, the worlds are going on nice asphalt!

Exactly, he needs to stop going for a sprint out of a small group and just attack them.
