Wow, Yekaterinburg was a great outing for you! Nice start and shows that your depth in hills is paying off.

Great Ocean Road Classic 1 | Gasper Katrasnik | Gjensidige Pro Cycling Team | 3h12'23 | 13 | Remco Te Brake | Gjensidige Pro Cycling Team | s.t. | 51 | Sonomtseren Delgerbayar | Gjensidige Pro Cycling Team | s.t. | 56 | Adomaitis Rojus | Gjensidige Pro Cycling Team | s.t. | 57 | Daniele Ratto | Gjensidige Pro Cycling Team | s.t. | 58 | Ismael Kip | Gjensidige Pro Cycling Team | s.t. | 122 | Morten Hulgaard | Gjensidige Pro Cycling Team | s.t. | 133 | Iver Johan Knotten | Gjensidige Pro Cycling Team | + 4'05 |
WHAT A RESULT!? We had no hopes for a top result here, and oh boy were we wrong. Gasper went for it with about 10k left, and got brought back. At that point we were under the assumption that the race was basicly over for us regarding a top 3 result. Then, out of nowhere, Gasper goes on a long sprint and catches all the sprinters sleeping. What a ride!

Eventhough Selig might have won if not for Katrasnik's move, I kinda love to see rouleurs shock sprinters in races like this. Always such a cool way to win. Congrats

Thank you sir!
I 100% agree. It's a rare and special way to get a win.
If i had one of the favorites i would be 11/10 mad at it, but it's still cool!

That PT win in Qatar for Gasper last year, must have given him loads of confidence
Looks like racing in CT is too easy for him

Thank you all, thank you
It's been a great start, which means it can only go down from here
We do not have the strongest team this season, so we take what we can get!

Great win with a powerful late race attack, textbook style.

Gisborne GP 1 | Anthony Turgis | Farfetch Pro Cycling | 5h59'42 | : | : | : | : | 6 | Odd Christian Eiking | Gjensidige Pro Cycling Team | s.t. | 35 | Aleksandar Flügel | Gjensidige Pro Cycling Team | + 1'34 | 36 | Johan Fredrik Ziesler | Gjensidige Pro Cycling Team | s.t. | 37 | Dietmar Mehr-Wenige | Gjensidige Pro Cycling Team | s.t. | 38 | Philip Lindau | Gjensidige Pro Cycling Team | s.t. | 41 | Romain Zingle | Gjensidige Pro Cycling Team | s.t. | 75 | Suleiman Kangangi | Gjensidige Pro Cycling Team | + 2'31 | 140 | Brent Van Moer | Gjensidige Pro Cycling Team | + 10'01 |
Eiking getting comfortable with his role as the leader of this team. He took control of the race at certain points, lauching attacks close to the finish. We love to see our riders taking their own faith into their own hands. We got a 6th place out of this and that we can live with. Considering the starting field of this race. Maybe at some point this season we might catch the others sleeping, like we did in another race this season!

Eiking and Katrasnik both must love the air down under. Efficiency regarding racedays just got a whole other meaning. Congratulations
