Stage 3
Todays stage is 172 and flat, but it has a hill in the end who can mess up the GC.
I didn't attack today because I felt I didn't had the legs for it. A great news this stage was that I kept my KOM jersey for another day.
My team mate Kristian House attacked on the last hill and some guys countered him, but no one was strong enough to catch him, he won the stage and took over the lead in the GC. A perfect day for us !
Stage 4
Stage 4 is 150 km long and has a hill near the end. Today my work was to relay in the front and catch the breakaway. We rode hard at the front but we couldn't catch the breakaway. Albert Timmer of Skil Shimano won the stage. But the good news is that House kept his leaders jersey. Timmer is only 2 seconds after him. I kept my KOM jersey again and that's just amazing.

Thanks to everyone for the comments, I don't think you can imagine how big they are for me. The comments gives me inspiration to continue my story. If no one ever comment here it feels like no one are liking this story or care about it, so thanks!

Stage 6
The stage today is 181 km long and as usual, pretty flat, with a hill in the end. I worked hard for House again today and this time it worked. We caught the break, many riders fell off the pack in the late hill. So House tried to sprint for a podium and bonus seconds, it worked. House was really close to take the first place but Maarten Den Bakker was to strong. Kristian finished 2nd and he now leads the race with 14 seconds to Albert Timmer. I kept the KOM jersey.

Stage 6
Todays stage is only 83 km long and it's flat, it will probably end up in a mass sprint. As usual my job today was to work for House, we rode hard at the front.
Rapha Condor relaying.
Everybody is tired right now, including me. I'm feeling pain in the legs in every tramp. But we caught the breakaway, and as expected it came down to a mass sprint. P-Nivo, the Hungarian team had the best train and their sprinter Davide D'Angelo won the stage pretty easy.
Angelo celebrating.
GC:
I kept the KOM jersey, and I will hold it at least until the last stage because tomorrow there are no KOM sprints.

Stage 7
It's almost over now, my first ever race with Rapha Condor. I'm so tired tright now, this days has just been racing, racing and more racing. I haven't even called my parents home in Sweden.
Todays stage was 167 km long and we worked for House again. The break were caught with 20 km left of the stage and in the sprint Maarten Den Bakker won his 2nd stage win in Ireland. He jumped to 2nd place in the GC, 14 seconds behind House, and at the same second as Albert Timmer.

Stage 8
It's time for the final stage and todays stage are 155 km long and got some small hills at the end. I will work really hard for House today, and hopefully he can hold his jersey. But I think that Maarten Den Bakker is going to be tough to beat.
The stage started with 14 riders attacking. Including Ciaran Power, he is just 8 points after me in the KOM competition.
Todays break.
With 80 km left of the stage we started to relay hard at the front of the pack. But we could feel the pain and we were so tired.
Me, taking a waterbottle from my bike.
Ciaran Power didn't score any points at the first KOM sprint but on the 2nd he took maximum points, 6.
Power takes 6 points.
Then he missed to take points at the 3rd KOM sprint. But he took 2 points at the last sprint.
Power takes another 2 points.
Then we were at the same points, but Power is ahead of me in the GC so I will lose my jersey at the last day. It was so close, I was angry at myself.
Me, dissapointed after the bad news.
We couldn't catch the break, our team didn't have the power who was needed to reel the break in.
Guess who won the stage?
Of course it was Ciaran Power.
2 minutes after the break had finished we finished. The big question now were if House had won the race. But when we had crossed the line we could see that my countryman, Christoffer Stevenson, Team GLS, had won the race with just 8 seconds. Everything wnet bad this day for us, we lost 2 jerseys at the last day !

28th of May
The last 2 days after my race in Ireland I have just rested. I'm so tired. I have called my parents home in Sweden and everything was great at home. Everybody was following me in Vaxjo, I was famous there now, my parents said to me. It was amazing.
I also watched the Giro at my little TV at my apartment who I hired just the day before I travelled to Ireland. Riccardo Ricco is leading the race after 17 stages. It was great to just take it easy and don't have to think about cycling all the time. But I missed the racing, and I'm really looking forward to travel home to Sweden soon for the Swedish Championships. Wich will be my next real race. I will also race a few preparing races before.

I just want to ask a question to all of you who reads my story.
What should I do with the Swedish championships, shall I just post the result ? Or come up with a story about the race after seing who won it? Because in the game I will just get a message about who won the race.
