But he has lot to do with doping..
Ofcorse he is also good manager who has built great team..
Anyway I answer for that :no. For me Riis is one of the talented manager's in cycling. Not just some talent's waster but most of all creater.

My best guess is, that they are all part of it. All parties involved profit from the doped riders.
The riders
The teams
The managers
The sponsors
The doctors
The UCI
The tour organisers
All want to see riders doing incredible things. Dope will always be around. There will always be someone who is willing to take the risk |

not really. you can't by watching think it more or less impressive. it's all in terms of relative performance. if the relative performance of all is close, then it's a good race. the real level of performances is negligible.

Astana said that godefroot was going to leave after the tour.
Weird that they fired him already. |

Yes, but if everyone was clean. The easiest way to be impressive compared to the rest would be to dope again. There will always be a products which can hardly be traced. |

of course there will. and that is the biggest problem. but what I was answering to was the point you made about everyone wanting riders to do something spectacular. that can come with or without dope.

Why I am mostly dissapointed...
Without doping...all those guys..Ullrich, Pantani, Lance(sry. ), Riis, Basso still have been best...doping isn't increase talent. |
