Surprised to see so unanimous voting in this one, thought is was a difficult choice. Anyway glad to see our Young man taking the unselfish route as lead-out rider.
With 4 votes at the default option will close this one.

Grand Prix Herning 198.6 km
ColoQuick gets no riders in the breakaway, but as we are getting close to the finishing circuit in Herning, it does not matter, as it is clear the break won’t make it today.
William Blume Levy has shown very god legs today, as a result Noah was reduced to 4th in the sprint setup, Noah – William – Sebastian – Nicolai.
Sitting in the 18 km/h wind leading the train Noah burns out quickly not having the legs today. Jeppe Aaskov takes over up the last 4 km.
Nicolai Brøchner have been complaining over a bad headache, but it does not show in the sprint, it comes down to a very close race between him and Lucas Carstensen from Bike Aid.
2nd always disappointing, but a good result considering the competition.
No other Team ColoQuick rider was able to get inside top 10. Noah finished 28th.
Grand Prix Herning total price money € 720
Earnings: | Race Share | Bonus | Total € | Nicolai Brøchner | 547 | 330 | 877 | Sebastian Kolze Changizi | 29 | 30 | 59 | William Blume Levy | 29 | 30 | 59 | Noah Takaima | 29 | 30 | 59 | Jeppe Aaskov | 29 | 30 | 59 | Andreas Brandt Aidel | 29 | 30 | 59 | Rasmus Lund Pedersen | 29 | 30 | 59 |

Hvidbjerg, Denmark, Tuesday 28.04.2020
After a long morning ride with the teammates and a short lunch, Noah was called to the manager’s office.
Christian Andersen: Well, Herning was a good race for us, but your effort was not worth mentioning to say the least. Based on this you will not be allowed to participate in our next important race Himmerland Rundt, this Saturday!
Instead there is an U23 race in Portugal the Clássica Aldeias do Xisto Firday, where I will send you, it is a mountain race and I’d like to see what you can do in a terrain like this.
As usual our partner Uno-X very generous with U23 and set up some bonuses: Individual win: 200 €, Individual top 5: 100 €,
Individual top 10: 50 €
Sunday we got two one day races:
While you are already on the road I’d suggest that you take an early morning flight from Portugal to South Africa. To participate in 100 Cycle Challenge, several of the other riders will do the same so talk to Mads and Aksel they know all the details.
Aksel Skot-Hansen will be our captain, but chances are that you can make a good result for yourself in the race, as you might be the faster rider if you make it over the hilly climb right before the finish. Daily form will decide who we will ride for when we close in on the last 10 km.
Continental Tires has some commercial interests in South Africa and has provided us with the option to set up small bonuses.
Bonuses: Individual win: 250 €, Individual top 5: 150 €, Individual top 10: 75 €
Alternatively, you can get back to Denmark, riding as a domestic with Nicolai and Sebastian, to try and show that you bad day yesterday was a one-off and get back to a more permanent lead-out role.
Rest Liv Løbet Skive is clearly a much more important Goal for the team and the sponsors, so ColoQuick have provided us with much better bonuses, but again your options to get a personal result will be very limited.
Bonuses: Team win: 100 €, Team podium: 50 €
Individual win: 600 €, Individual top 5: 300 €, Individual top 10: 150 €
Team Leaders:
Option 1: Portugal & South Africa
Option 2: Portugal & Denmark

Ouch, trying to play the teamplayer card and ride at Herning and mess it up hasn't done Noah a favour. I'd go for option 1 this time, let's not mess it up again and see what Noah can do in a mountain stage and in South-Africa. That race in South-Africa is important for sponsors as well so getting a good result or helping a teammate getting a good result might improve Noah's position in the team again after his mess up at Herning.

Option 1
An adventure in South Africa beckons

Going to agree to option 1, simply for the experience of riding (far) abroad
Btw, I like the unexpectedly negative outcome of chosing the, from a usual story perspective, "reasonable" choice of trying to be a good teammate. Nice bit of unpredictability!

@cunego59 / MrUfo87
I will try to make it so that negative results or performance, will have an impact, also bad daily form will make him collect water and/or set to protect, where as good form will allow attacks or protection from others. If he makes good results (moral effect in new system) it will provide for better options in races or even new special quests.
So being a good teammate is a fine option, but only if he can deliver, as with anything else.
As an example upcoming important race "Fyns Rundt" will be included in his calender only if we get good performance from him in the races we a voting for now. Not necessarily a personal result but good rides.

Thanks for the extra information! I think it's only good and adds an extra unpredictable part to the story, as cunego said as well. Very curious how he'll perform the upcoming races.

Clássica Aldeias do Xisto 129.2 km
The early climbing makes options for the fortune hunters, one buy one or small groups attacks constantly over the early kilometers of the race, soon they join forces in what becomes a dangerous ten rider breakaway.
Quite early it is clear that Aksel Skot-Hansen does not have the day, it will be up to Frederik Wandahl or Noah to deliver a god result both looking very strong.
With two riders in splendid form Team ColoQuick takes responsibility keeping up a constant pressure on the breakaway. With some 25 km left it is over and the finals can begin. In the meantime, ColoQuick have lost William Blume Levy to a very bad crash, he did not get back on the bike and was takes to a nearby hospital.
There were several attacks on the hard Casal Novo climb, a group of three riders opens a gap of about 30”. On the final 5 km climb before the downhill towards the finish, Noah attacks and join the trio. With a last boost of strength, he attacks over the top. 7 km left and the distance between the groups just a few seconds.
Noah never looks back and the distance grown to more than 30” before he crosses the line and claims the first victory in a UCI race, a small race but that is not on his mind right now, just the one thing he can hardly believe: I WON, I really….I WON !!
Frederik Wandahl came in 4th, he was a great help for Noah, that he won’t forget.
On a sad side note on this great day for Noah, William got a fractured rib and will be out for most of May.
There is no price money in U23 races but Noah will get the 200 € bonus from Uno-X and Frederik 100 € as top 5.

A good decision to come to this race despite the lack of money, as a win trumps that imo. Great job.

Awesome win for Noah, in a one-day race too it's a special first victory!
