Because i didn't need to... I was able to download through the night when there was less internet trafic.

Hello, i have a big problem with your database, when i choose a team all my riders move but all the riders of the other teams stay in place!!!!! |

Have you put all the stages in the folder CM_Stages? If not, put them there
I've created a new map in Documents/Pro Cycling Manager 2020/Mod and put them there under Stages. I generally don't like to put anything in the deafult game files (exepct sponsorkits and such 3d elements). But I will try it
EDIT: now it works. Nice start from Valencia

each time I start a race, every race, every team, only my riders are completing the stage. every other riders does not advance in the stage.
I did stage 2 of TDF, only my riders have sompleted the races all the rest of all terams have abandonned the stage due to the stage delay end.
I try thin on 2 different computers. same thing. remove PCM 2020, then reinstall with only your DB and the same thing happend.
I start also a flat stage, and after 30 km my team was 30 minutes away of the peloton. the peloton was not moving foward. just like they was glued to the street.
what's the problem ?

Check the difficulty, you are probably in passive IA, it's normal the other riders don't ride |

It's not a problem, it's just you are not in the right Difficulty, you are in passive IA, it's made for Online races. Change your difficulty and it will be okay |

Choose the one you want, but it's not my fault, it's yours, you've selected a wrong difficulty, and there is no bug with the DB |

I'm not in passive IA. While having your DB installed, I choose another DB in the workshop, and it works perfectly. this only happend with your DB. |
