1) Full RD are counted, the conversion to the column of the next XP level only happens after the race day that levels a rider up has been added completely.
2) Down, but only at the very end of the calculation.
I'm struggling to work out which order race days would get added when a rider switches from level 2 to level 3, as I'm trying to get riders far enough into level 3 that I can take them from 3 to 4 next year without loaning them out, even if/when I relegate.

I just did a quick calculation for Gino Mäder (1.00, 95 CT RDs), and if I get his planning right, even as a CT team I will be able to get him to level 4 on my own by the end of next season. If I use his RDs in an optimal way, he'll get to 3.23 by the end of this season (including Avenir of course), and even by considering his new average after the statgain, he'll have enough RDs next season to reach level 4 (even without counting Avenir next year). So for you as a PCT manager, who has way more than 9 HC RDs to play with, this really shouldn't be much of an issue. And - unlike me - you can send riders to PTHC races, which is even better once they reach level 3. And even better, PCT riders have more RDs. So your plan should definitely work, even though I don't know which rider you're talking about (certainly not Hirschi, as he's too young to reach level 3 this year).

Are the Point Scales from 2015 still accurate, or can I find an updated version anywhere? Back in 2015, they were posted in the "same" thread (Stat Gains, XP, etc.), that's why I'm asking here.
I just noticed there's no PTHC in there, so I guess there's a newer version somewhere.
