I have to say thanks to Cyanide for what is an awesome to make PCM but I can not help but think that only they could come up with a patch that has more bugs than the original release. |

Well, this hasn't been a surprise.
It's Cyanide, they have to do something seriously bad at least once for each game

Can we expect Dankan to make the realname DB compatible with the new patch, or do we have to wait for the final DB project?
Thanks |

I'm already using it, it seems compatible to me, but I haven't fully tested it

Good thing I still haven´t downloaded this patch... and I probably won´t either.
When playing with team Astana I get this strange bug where all the team riders have completely black frames, wheels and helmets. Did this patch fix that? |

Nah Crommy, check out the training section. It's pretty messed up, only 10 personal schedules instead of the 30 that you get with the new patch.. There's some other issues aswell. |

That aint a bug, it's because Cyanide didn't have the licenses to use their equipment
You can change it yourself though, you just have to change Astana's team ID

But when i start my game, LPR brakes and so on doesnt have their real names.
And Petacchi isnt on free transfer either.

You installed them in the wrong order.
Reinstall the game, THEN THE LATEST PATCH, and only after that any DBs or Mods. always follow this order in any game

that's still wrong
1. Uninstall PCM08
2. Delete the C:/Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2008 folder
3. Delete the My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager 2008 folder
4. Delete the Pro Cycling Manager 2008 folder in AppData (type %appdata% into Run... to find the folder)
5. Install PCM08
6. Install the patch
7. Install database

Is it true that the riders actually progress in stats after the patch. So far in career mode, I haven't seen a lot of riders improve (in fact, i haven't noticed anything improve at all ) |

can someone tell me if i am doing something wrong, because when i try to give my guys custom programs it says that is is wrong and won't allow them the program i created. First i tried a couple i made for a different guys, pre patch. That didn't work. I figured ok, it must have something to do with them not being made with this patch so they are incompatible. So i decided to make new ones. It still said not correct. I figured i just missed something in their guidelines. So i rechecked, and everything was correct. But it still won't allow me to continue. I can't figure it out. Have i missed something.
And just a side note, I wish you could edit there premade ones, it would be so much easier just to tweak them. And i wish that they would allow you to continue to see the race that you are trying to target when you go to the customization screen.

It's probably AFTER the form peak. the form can't decrease more than a level per week.
So if you want your rider to go from (for example) level 5 form to no form, it's gotta be one week at level 5, the next week at level 4, then 3, then 2, then 1. you can't just go from 5 to 1 in one week.

Make sure that when you go down levels, you go down by 1 level each time, not just a massive jump from say level 6 to level 3. You've got to go 6-->5-->4 etc.
I think
