so is it impossible to to ride 2 GT in great shape once again?? Cyanide said that with new training system in PCM 08 it will finally be possible to ride 2 GT well
you can't ride the Giro and the Tour both in top shape in real life, so you shouldn't in PCM either

That said, it is possible to win two Grand Tours with the same rider. For example, Alejandro Valverde won both the Tour and the Vuelta in career. |

The system is not working. I tried one season now in career mode.
If you do the cobble and ardennes schedules your rider will be in red in almost 3 or 4 months. Even if you let them drive maybe 3 or 4 days.
Only the Tour the France scheduled worked for some riders. They were in red in August/September. Only you don't have someone in good shape in the pre season.
I think the system could get better only the schedules they have now just simply don't work. Some one said to me that it could work if you copy the schedules and in every month you downscale the bars with one so i am going to try that next season |

The system is exactly the same as last year.
The only change is that they've now given us a little tool to help plan the season. |

This system is really so much different than last year. Now they say it is easier but then they have first to explain how it really works.
For example: Does your fatigue raises also when you don't ride any stages? Does it raise more if you don't are in good shape?
I have one rider who drove 23 days and is already from April totally red in fatigue |

Because i can't ride any races anymore after July....All my riders are totally in the red.
I rider drove 90 races with the tour of the france schedule and is in july in the red...one rider drove 22 races and is in march/april in the red with the cobblestone schedule...
But as i said...it CAN be good....only their schedules don't work....Hope that there will be more schedules by people uploaded very soon. Or maybe a system where you can just put 3 red bars.....6 orange bars etc so that you only are 100% fatigue at the enf od the season |

you still haven't said what's different, you're just complaining that it doesn't work. |

He doesn't even have the game yet
It is completely different. You don't use percentages to change the amount of workload you are training the person at. You just use traning programs, pre-defined or custom. Which will train the rider at the right intensity at the right time.
This means it is easier to get a rider in form at the right time

the riders get fatigued faster, basicly thats the problem. and its the same for me, it seems completly random who gets fatigued faster etc. i have two riders wich is preatty similar, one is 29 years old and about the same stats as the other who's 30. i set them up on same schedual and driving aprox the same races but yet one of them got fatigued much faster |

I know on the outside it looks different; but i thought it was actually the same mechanics:
Level 1 = 60 training fitness
2 = 64
3 = 68
4 = 72
5 = 76
6 = 80 |

i think its some variables in it too so that your not guaranteed to be in form when you want to. dont know but think issoisso talked about somethign like that. however its the fatigue that is the problem fitness isn't |

Does fatigue not come at the same level as last year though?
That would still be a problem. |

When the game was released, you gain far too much fatigue too quickly and too easily. This is corrected in the coming patch apparently.
