open with tga tool, photoshop, paint.net or something else and save as .tga (32-bits).
then you overwrite another team jersey, for rabobank: rab_maillot.tga in pcm08/cm_textures/cycliste/team |

Actually, in terms of money, very few companies can match the strength of Ikea.
Virgin had a revenue of about 20 billion dollars in 2006, while in 2007 Ikea had 28 billion. these were the numbers on wiki, and i can't be bothered to check deeper to get same year, but Ikea has more money than Virgin

Could you please make me the Milram continental jersey? I suppose you know what it lokes like. It's pretty much just the reverse of the Protour Milram jersey, With the blue parts being white and the white parts being blue instead.
