I have to say, that lots of random people come to this site bitching saying things are broken, asking for help. But when long term member want help no one responds half as quickly... |

Avatars can't have any special characters in the name. Nor spaces. Nor anything other than letters or number. I couldn't put "Shit!" as my avatar until i removed the "!" from the name.
EDIT: Ignore all that, just read your first problem post, and with the name KarlRab, i can't see the problem. Maybe just label it karl. Or maybe scream at the computer? I find that helps occasionally...

You're having a go at people for not answering a problem, 2 hours old
Maybe if you thought a bit, that is because there is no reasonable explanation and only Crue might be able to shed some light on this, but he hasn't been online in the past 5 hours.
Just think before you have a go at people for not answering a problem, with a correct answer, when the problem was only reported 2 hours ago.
Some problems don't get answered for days, some don't get answered at all. Crommy gave an answer but you and Karl didn't like it. You can't get angry after 2 hours just because you've been at the site a longer time. People get answers when others know the answers, Crommy thought he did but Karl dismissed him, so Karl can just wait for Crue
That wasn't a go at Karl btw (Karl's cool about waiting for Crue), it was purely a reality-check for Smoothie

I have to say that came across a little bit harsh...
but i also have to say that when people come bitching to the site with a problem, its often one thats already been solved and so its easy to post the answer for some retard too dumb to search the forum for it. With this problem i doubt its been encoutered all that often. But i can also see the frustration in having to wait for answers. But then again, its normally the same 10 people who answer problems, and im sure noone really knows the answer... (warble warble... blahhh blahh)
On another note, i made a really shoddy piece of work for Matt. I hope you hate it as much as i do

I have a problem with my avatar it is too big not in actual size but in like file size. it is 5.1KB too big. That is probably why none of the others worked.

Yeah addy im fine with wating for CT, who will probably know why
But i mean i think smoothie just noticed that some newbies were getting there answers faster, probably because they were easier to solve. I agree with rjc in that you came across a bit harsh, i mean the guys your friend so theres no need to be so abrupt, im not saying your wrong, just to be a bit less harsh
