Tour of Mediterranean stage 4.
A flat stage but with lots of strong side winds it can decide the GC, if the leading riders get stock in second group.
Ista and Serri in a madness breakaway from the morning.
At the mid stage the pack was split in two and we got stock in the second group which means lots of extra work.
Luckily the groups reconnect.
We got the pack split in two at last 15 kilometres, sadly there is no pictures of it, and even more sadly, the pack reconnect with our group.
None of the Ag2r riders was in the lead in the sprint as we all tried as hard as possible to keep the pack away, and Pineau can celebrate his victory in front of Mazzanti.
Stage result:
1 Jérôme Pineau Bouygues Télécom 3h37'40
2 Luca Mazzanti Tinkoff Credit Systems s.t.
3 David Moncoutié Cofidis, Le Crédit par Téléphone s.t.
4 Evgeni Petrov Tinkoff Credit Systems s.t.

Tour of Mediterranean stage 5.
Again very flat, and again lot of wind, and we will try to use this wind to make a break in the peloton.
7 guys tried to get away from the beginning.
We made a break in the peloton, but Turpin didn’t make in the front group.
Even though we worked very hard the pack was to strong, and they got all back to status qou, except that Mengin and Engoulvent, was out in front.
Engoulvent has a good lead with 800 meters to go, can he keep the fast sprinters from taking the victory?
No he can’t Dean is too fast and takes a very great victory.

GP di Lugano
Mostly flat but with a big hill not far from goal it certenly won’t end up in a mass sprint.
6 men out in the rain, I’m glad it’s not me.
Before the last hill, Gasparotto, Zberg, Carlström and Di Luca attacks to try to get before the other favourites.
Which means more hard work to try to catch them before the hill, but we can’t but there lead is not to big.
At the bottom of the hill Gadret attacks, and gets up to the earlier attackers, both the morning breakaway, and the Di Luca and co. breakaway.
On the top it’s Di Luca, Zberg and Gasparotto, ahead of Gadret, Kirchen and Carlström.
But with a great effort by Gadret on the downhill the groups reconnect.
Gadret Leads out the sprint, a bad position for him.
Looks good with 500meters to go, but Gasparotto is fast.
Gadret wins in front of Gasparrotto.
Result:
1 John Gadret AG2R - La Mondiale 3h57'08
2 Enrico Gasparotto Barloworld s.t.
3 Markus Zberg Gerolsteiner s.t.
4 Kim Kirchen High Road s.t.
5 Kjell Carlström Liquigas s.t.
6 Danilo Di Luca LPR Brakes s.t.
7 Christian Kux Team Milram + 1'22

Paris-Nice stage 1.
A short TT in Amily, not everything is probably going to go as expected, some of the favourites will show bad form, and outsiders will win.
As I forget that you can’t watch the replay, in a TT there is no pictures this time.
Quinziato sets the best time early, and Posthuma and Millar is not able to beat his time.
Later Ladagnuos is very close as he gets the same time as Quinziato, and short time after Grabyovski sets the 3rd best time, as he is only 1 second behind.
Voigt, Cornu and Popovych is not able to beat him either.
Stage result:

Paris-Nice stage 3.
Today’s stage is categorised as flat, but it has some hills in the final 30 kilometre, and we are going to try to use these hills to get time on some of the favourites, but I can’t tell in which way we are going to use them.
Mori leads today’s, nine men breakaway.
Gadret attacks on the final hill, and he’s not going for KOM points, several other riders tried to follow, but most didn’t get away, myself I tried to stay in the front with the rest of the team.
On the top, Gadret is alone before the downhill, with Moncoutie, Moreau and Dekker chasing him, but the downhill is a good thing for Gadret.
Gadret wins with a great lead to Dekker and the rest of the pack, that got the same time as Dekker and co.

Don't delete the photo's on photobucket because if you do then they go away. For example look on the first page. I did that in my first story with photobucket. Other then that great job.

Yeah it doesn't bother me because I read it quickly but for someone who wants to catch up it could be a problem. I understand why you want to delete it, because it looks cluttered but trust me you can have a large amount of photos if you need to.
