It worked for me eventually. I just tried a lot of times - restarting the game, waiting, the "backspace-thing" etc - And after a while it worked. It showed that "this profile already exists". Then I restarted the game yet again, and voila. When I launched the game again, I could choose a profile. Not sure what made it work though. |

I had the same problem. But I solved it easilly. I spent 2 days with creation of profile and it didn´t work. But I have launched the game yesterday early in the morning and "VOILA" the profile was created immediatelly without any problem. So now it works and I can play the game. I think that there is an issue with the servers from Cyanide. I still don´t understand why they launch the game with many bugs and problems.

Try it when servers isn´t full. I think that best solution is early in the morning, or late in the night. That works for me and for my friend. |

I've spend nearly an hour and a half in game trying to get my profile sorted. Downloaded it late Saturday night, had no luck. Spent most of last night trying it and still nothing. I'll try again when I get home tonight. Has cyanide commented anywhere yet?
On a different note, I need to stop buying this game at launch. So many issues every single year. I know they aren't the biggest studio but after releasing this game for so long you would have thought they cracked it by now! |

I have the same problem. It always says that ProfileAlreadyExists. How I can use my old profile? I had to reinstall the game after reinstalling the Windows and I would like to use previously created profile, but the only one option which appears is to Cretea new profile. |
