It just means you use a different disk drive..I think.dvd drive instead of cd,but I've always used dvd drive anyway!

I think im getting this right. Tell me if im not. But technically DVD can make graphics better as you can get more things onto a DVD than you can a CD more space on the DVD. So with more space you can hold better quality files etc |

there's no such thing as "better quality files", unless you're talking about video or sound. While in this case, Technically that makes some sense, but in practice, I'd forget going there if I were you

The blu-ray is so unbelievably slow, you have to place the same data multiple times on it so that the access becomes more sequential and you can get any sort of decent speed. Which means it ends up having less usable capacity than a DVD. much less, in fact.
