i think we are all asking miya to do way too much stuff all at the same time, he is only one man/woman (sorry don't know)
all miya's work is fantastic but we must remember that he cannot spend all his time making things for stages, he needs to work sometimes

With the stage editor, you can place the Eiffel tower wherever you want. But the Eiffel tower wouldn't be present in all the stages.

I think, you can't use the banner in other stages, because the Champs Elysées is a monument in the game.
