to be embarrassingly truthful, we probably wouldnt be a country, at least when we did without the French

America has saved French ass on more than two occasions Relatives of mine have died defending the French nation If you ask me the French owe US. They aren't good at paying back old debts though are they...

So now you are ignoring the fact that the Napoleonic war (Frenchies) enabled you to get your independence by taking up valuable resources away from the Brits so we couldn't beat your arses down B)
Plus the French didn't mind being ruled by Germans, they did a better job of it then their own French ministers

We're having a lot of polls lately...
Worst thing is that I don't really have an opinion on any of them |

Same here. Not that I think that these polls are a bad thing. They just feel a bit "which religion is the right one?" to me.

Yeah, but I find that if you just leave it to open discussion something like the America back-and-forth happens, and you never get a good bearing on the outcome.
Note: I've done most of the recent polls, I think 3 out of the last 5 |

pff this is a stupid poll man
I think a cycling nation is more than having good riders, but also having tradition, big races, history, passion, big crowds, etc
I dont understand how Portugal got two votes and NL/Fr only one, and why USA gets so much votes when its a country where 20 other sports are more popular than cycling. |
