Great for Tek and Qhubeka. This can be big boost for cycling popularity in south-africa.
Qhubeka has been riding under expetation so far..looks like they have been team who has been sign slowing stars.

Doesn't matter if the riders they signed are successful or not as they would of been bargain basement anyway so the return on investment is basically the invites. The fact they brought the amount of Africans as they have to this race is a great sign that they have faith in the young talent
