With all due respect, I have 6 custom riders with non-Polish nationality and it's not my fault that there is only 1 Polish custom rider (which btw is my own)

Maciej Paterski is enjoying himself
Hello once again!
Just as we thought the Transfer Season was over, we received an urgent message from Maciej Paterski, that he wanted to sign on to our team, cause of Bodnar leaving the team.
Maciej was very upset that he wasn't in the deal and we would've loved helping Majka this season too. We asked Cannondale if we could sign him and having more riders than allowed, Maciej was given away for a fee worth laughing at. Maciej will hopefully stay at out team for the remainder of his cycling career, since we won't let any polish rider go.
Let's all welcome Maciej back home and next thing will be to reveal our Calendar for the first Season Part!

@Custom Riders
Hey I just found out that Criterium was 3 stages and I've removed one of the Italian classics, as I found out I had 11 CT race invitations in that season part
Will send your new Race Planner later today and might use this to change a few things

The Final Race Planners has been send out to our riders and we've improved our Race Planner to full efficiency. All left is for us to get a respond to our Race Applications and after that will be to set our Sponsor Goals for the first Season Part. The riders are a little nervous whether they will race all their WT races on their schedules, but we're confident that we can get those wildcards.
Nothing will go against having us going to Argentina and Gabon, which will be our first two races. We expect to harvest some points in Gabon and our new sprinters have a lot to prove there, so we're really excited about how the season will turn out. We will see you all in Gabon and until then take care!

Hello
We've only send 4 race applications and that is because we've gonna apply for less WT races than allowed, this has been to give our riders some free space to choose as many races as possible within the 62 race day limit. We've been accepted into the following WT races :
Tour Down Under
Volta Ciclista ao Catalunya
E3 Harelbeke
We were denied for MSR, but considering how big these races are, we can only praise us with good arguments for battling versus the big WT teams. The 10 CT races will be added to our calendar at another time, but our riders are welcome to post their races for the first Season Part!

Schedule and Season Goals
Hello
We've come to the most exciting part of the season and that is for you to see our Schedule, which is quite similar to many of our PCT rivals and we will see who have made the best transfers and who that has the strongest team. Our goals are though very different too our opponents and we will make sure that every decision has been properly analyzed.
It will be an hard season and right now all our results will depend on our captains, which are all hyped to get started and I can't wait to see our signings in action. Their schedules will be announced once our two wildcards to GP Indurain and E3 Harelbeke has been answered.
Nat. | Race | Date | Stages | | Tour de Gabon | 13/1 - 19/1 | 7 | | Tour de San Luis | 20/1 - 26/1 | 7 | | Tour Down Under | 21/1 - 26/1 | 6 | | GP de la Marseillaise | 2/2 | 1 | | Tour of Oman | 18/2 - 23/2 | 6 | | Volta ao Algarve | 19/2 - 23/2 | 5 | | Tour de Langkawi | 27/2 - 8/3 | 10 | | Strade Bianche | 7/3 | 1 | | Roma Maxima | 8/3 | 1 | | Volta Ciclista a Catalunya | 23/3 - 29/3 | 7 | | Criterium International | 28/3 - 29/3 | 3 | | Volta Limburg Classic | 4/4 | 1 |
You will see our orange jersey in 55 race days in the first Season Part and we've made sure that every race has the strongest possible lineup, while taking the 62 race days limit of each rider into consideration. We will participate in many big races around the globe and our main goals will be announced further down this article.
Drago di Silvestro will help the sprinters in the first part and he's gonna be very active in this season part. Johann will get some chances to lead the team and so will André in some cases too. Matteo Trentin, Ramon Sinkeldam and Bartlomiej Matysiak are all equally strong sprinters and they will fight across the board and we will see great things from them too!
Easy Goal - Top 10 GC in Tour de Langkawi
Medium Goal - Podium in Roma Maxima
Hard Goal - Stage Win in Tour of Gabon

Hello
The EPIC organisation has announced their goals and we've been quite unlucky at getting one of the hardest goals among all the teams. To give you an better idea, the goals are as follows :
Easy goal: Top 10 GC Criterium
Medium goal: Top 5 Marseillaise
Hard goal: Stage Win TDU
The first is quite possible, but has cost us some tactical advantage, but we've found an solution which is mentioned below. Top 5 in Marseillaise is going to be tough, but will depend on the startlist. Finally the hard goal is really tough and almost impossible to complete, but with Trentin you'll never know.
Because of our new goal, Johann has been taken out of the Catalunya lineup and Albert Llanet is going to be GC leader here then. Johann will instead take to France to get our goal and will also assist André in Luxembourg later on the year.

Hello
With Tour of Gabon only a few weeks away, we've been looking into the possibility of travelling down to Gabon a week before the race start. This will help the riders getting used to the surroundings and also see how they reach to the heat. The heat will be a huge factor in Gabon, but not as much as in TDU.
The air is very dry in Africa and some riders will also have to use this experience to their advantage, so it's only natural that we're travelling down there one week before. Our sponsor has given us some extra money for a finance of this trip and we hope to get a good experience down here.
Our HQ has been really quiet and I hope that our riders will soon speak about the preparations they've taken into consideration of their early schedule and I would like to remind that a more active environment will only give the team some extra chances!
If there are any riders, which are in doubt of something or would like some more information, then my door will always be open and I will receive any questions you might have, so don't be afraid to get back on the horse.

Stage win Gabon harder than podium in Maxima... Even Top 10 in Langkawi is harder.

LLS : I don't know what kind of lineups you are expecting, but I know for certain that a lot of spriting stars will participate, which is hella stronger than mine. As for Langkawi I was unlucky that Ollfardh gave so many team's that goal

The season is about to begin and my calender for the year is finally in, I have to say I'm extremely happy with it and only adds to my excitement to get going in Southern Australia for the Tour Down Under as the team management were able secure a wildcard for the World Tour season opener.
I will be racing GP de la Marseillaise and Tour of Langkawi in February. Marseillaise is a one day race where the UCI has set a goal for a top 5 finish which will be extremely hard. Our best bet for that would be from the early break, but what are the chances of the break making it that far? Tour of Langkawi provide lots of opportunity for the fighters, 2 mountain stages accompanied by 8 flat stages will see the sprinters battle it out also. No doubt we will see Trentin or Sinkledam there for us. We will also give the break ago, a Marc de Maar might be on the cards. A top 10 GC place would also tick off another goal.
I will end the season part at the Limburg Classic were I assume I will be working to set up Ramon (Sinkledam) in his own country.

Hello
The season is about to begin and we've arrived in Gabon's capital called Libreville and we've checked in at a 3 star hotel. The next few days we will go on Safari and take long hikes around the area, so the riders can get used to the heat and the surroundings. After a few days we will also scout some of the routes, so we are ready to take our Hard Goal with us home.
Tour of Gabon
André Schneider will in his first stage race get a chance to lead the team and he will be our GC captain and stage hunter. Drago will assist his countrymen in Puccio and Trentin will the sprints and to our advatage, which is that Trentin is quite comfortable in the hills, he should be able to compete for the stage win in all the stages.
Nat. | Name | Role | | André Schneider | Captain | | Matteo Trentin | Sprinter | | Salvatore Puccio | Leadout | | Drago di Silvestro | Leadout | | Jaroslaw Marycz | Leadout | | Bartlomiej Matysiak | Leadout | | Jacek Morajko | Helper | | Tomasz Kiendys | Helper |
Manager Note : A strong team and the almost best Sprinter leadout is with Trentin here. Expect havoc from these guys!
Tour de San Luis
Johann Nokkvason will lead the team here and he will have some of the strongest helpers with him. The team is eager to show their presence and hope to do well here. The personal goal for the team is an Top 15 in the GC and we hope to get in 2 or 3 breaks aswell.
Nat. | Name | Role | | Johann Nokkvason | Captain | | Davide Rebellin | Lieutenant | | Sylwester Szmyd | Lieutenant | | Michal Golas | Free Role | | Marek Rutkiewicz | Free Role | | Maciej Paterski | Helper | | Jacek Morajko | Helper | | Lukasz Owsian | Helper |
Manager Note : The lineup is stronger than in TDU, so failure is not an option!
Tour Down Under
Andre Schneider has hopfully gotten himself a good experience in Gabon and now comes the big test for him. Trentin will once again be our hope in the sprints and Feunard + Miles is unpredictable when it comes to this type of races. Overall a weaker lineup, but we hope to prove them wrong!
Nat. | Name | Role | | Andre Schneider | Captain | | Matteo Trentin | Sprinter | | Salvatore Puccio | Leadout | | Drago di Silvestro | Leadout | | Jaroslaw Marycz | Leadout | | Nattrapon Miles | Free Role | | Pyroli Feunard | Free Role |
Manager Note : More International, More Unpredicatble
See you on the Battlefield!

Hello
The 2015 season is already in the plans and the reason for this is simple, the next season will be decided on the premises we set this year. In the Transfer Season we were in general just trying to upgrade our squad and we've now succeeded in that, so now we have to specify what our squad will be build upon.
This year we've looked into the opportunity of participating in the Giro, but we decided not to apply, because we would get more points in the same 21 race days in other races and instead we will go to Tour of Beijing to compensate. Our main focus will always be the hills, but we don't see ourselves getting hand on an Ardennes Classic Rider for the next couple of years, so therefore we will try a second focus.
This second focus is on the cobbles and even though we only have 4 people capable of riding on cobbles, we're gonna apply for some of these races to see how to proceed here. Sinkeldam, Trentin, Puccio and di Silvestro are the guys to watch out for and we hope Sinkeldam can grow into a strong cobbler this year.
Cobbles doesn't cover many race days per year and that's why we think we're able to use this as our second focus. This year we can ride in Time Trials, hills, Cobbles, Mountains and Sprints, which would be a brave move for such a small team, but over the next couple of years we think our experience for this season, will be able to set new standards for our team
