The team classification is not relevant until the final stage anyway.
PCM uses to mix it wrong when they are s.t.
After the last stage in those all flat stage races, it is needed to count the top 3 team positions on every stage manually to get the real team rankings.
Team ranking points are only given after the whole race different to the other rankings. |

What the hell happened there? On one screen Vantomme is on Lo Cicero wheel looking absolutely perfect. On next he's way behind Disappointing considering bonus of yellow here, but still looking good.

Much better 2nd stage for us. Maksimov came from a far bit behind today and was boxed in right at the end. I also didn't see him anywhere on stage 1, except on the very last screen. So if he gets his positioning right, he'll be deadly. Quite positive about a potential stage win (or wins) if this continues.
On another note, the PCM AI quite seems to like his high ACC stat

At least Zamri has been in the break twice, just shame he couldn't hold on to the back of the peloton either time. Hopefully someone else who hasn't lost time yet will get some bonus seconds and hang on as it doesn't look like we will get much out of this race any other way.

Not getting us anywhere. Way too much of gap to make up, could've been a win looking at his speed, had to be a podium. Tomorrow please or this is not sufficient.
And nothing personal, but RBC is the last team that should win this + get break bonus seconds from my perspective.

Not to worry cio I agree in reality we should be top 10 but i guess Vanderbiest could podium with good daily form in this field and i feel i'm owed some breakaway luck at some point this year but there is a long way to go yet. |

Yay Postlberger in 41st!
Also my team leading the team classification.
I guess if it stays like this until the last stage the team with the three best riders in GC gets the ranking points? |

Each team gets a 'Team Score' for the race which is the sum of the individual positions of their best 3 finishers on each stage.
The lowest score wins the Teams classification.

Nope, the team with the best accumulated positions of their three best riders in every stage.
Damn.

Positioning costs us bonus seconds today :/ Still 4th is a cool result. Consistent so far.
Great win by Horbach and Lavoine. Hopefully tyriion comes back soon

Great to be represented in every break so far, although with Sarawut dropping on this stage he wasn't part to the end. But he still took 2 bonus seconds and in the end stayed with the pack moving him up to 13th in GC and 2nd in the young rider competition. If it stays like that that until the end he would get 21 ranking points which is already more than our goal of 1 ranking point. |

Serebriakov sprinted
I'm quite glad with the result actually, hopefully he can climb even further.

This is almost a tragedy... 4x Top-5, no single bonus second and no Top-15 in GC..... It's races like that in which we needed good results to stay in contention for promotion.

Ohh well that's the yellow gone but still 4th overall and not a terrible sprint also still in contention for green so could be a decent points haul especially with roth still top 10 |

Stage 3: well, finally seconds.
Stage 4: YAY
Exactly what we needed here before the last stages. Lander still in white is great and I hope we'll get more breaks without U25 riders, that would be a great unexpected jersey.
Ciolek and our train as a whole look on a rise so I hope there's at least another podium on the way on the last stages.
Lo Cicero and especially Maksimov and the BelarusBank train might struggle a bit on the next one so I hope there's less competition in the finish to not make it a chaos like the last few sprints looked like.

These sprints are really competitive, which is great to see. Hard to say who is going to win this one.
Btw, I am considering introducing a new bonus second system next season solely for flat stage races like this or Juarez. Am thinking bonus seconds for all of the Top 10 in an F1 style (25-18-15-12-10-8-6-4-2-1) could make the GC a bit less solely reliant on getting Top 3 places.
