Nicely written. Anyway Saxo is really on full support mode of Roman, so that means they either believe him or they dont give a shit as it was in Astana. Of course names like Ferrari, Vinokourov and Riijs are not most credible mentors in cyclists future.

Good that Roman is finally suspended, because it will stop potential situations, where he would be striped of any results later.
I dont like any dopeheads, nationality is not important here...
That was I am talking about before UCI penalty.. |

Vuelta officials have given names of riders as given by teams. Looks like we will have incredible showdown.
https://plus.goog...Ca8qE21KQm
Sadly Trek have kept Kiserlovski on provisional list and Zoidl's name is absent.
Also TCS have Conta and Kruez on their list. |

If team wont take rider out at from riders list before everything is solved. They will do it for them.

And how will UCI do that? if their own rules only allow for a suspension after a positive test, how will they "do it for them" suspend the whole team? write new rules? revoke their UCI license? Hire the spanish inquisition to come and burn Riis and Kreuziger on the stake... |

Why me? This is not about me, but about abuse of power. I have experienced lot of this shit in my life to let it unnoticed. UCI expects riders and teams to follow their rules and they are not following it??
Has Kreuziger been doping? Probably yes, at least that is what i think. But that does not allow UCI to act as dictatorship bunch.

Well, thats a pretty dumb rule... I thought there was also something about if you felt that the results could be changed then you could stop someone racing. |

Ok, I dont know where to put this, so imma just put it here.
I posted a link a few days ago (maybe yesterday, dnno) about the strong Vuelta-field. ProCyclingStats has just updated all rosters. Its of course not 100% yet, but it will give a good picture of what we can expect at the Vuelta.
GC-contenders: Pozzovivo, Aru, Kelderman, Evans, Pinot, Dan Martin, Rodriguez, Horner, VDB, Valverde, Quintana, Uran, Froome and Zubeldia.
Potential GC-contenders and climbers: Betancur, Landa, Gesink, Ten Dam, Samu Sanchez, Damiano Caruso, Hesjedal, Talansky, Dani Moreno, Cunego, Monfort, Adam Yates, Chavez, Nieve, Kennaugh, Barguil, Arredondo, the Caja Rural guys (LLS, Arroya and Txurruka), Dani Navarro, Coppel and Kudus.
Other names: Kangert, Hofland, Sagan, De Marchi, Bouhanni, Gianpaulo Caruso, Pozzato, Kolobnev, Vansummeren, Intxausti, Ion Izaguirre, Boonen, Stybar, Tony Martin, Wouter Poels, Bling Matthews, Degenkolb, Arndt, Voeckler, Breschel, Cancellara and Jungles.
That reminds of the fact that we need a Vuelta-thread. Im gonna make one on of the following days I guess. |

Klaas Lodewyck (BMC) is the next rider with heart problems. He won't be riding a bike for an unknown period, while he undergoes a series of tests to see how bad it is.

Yes, I'm tired of these announcements, would be much more exciting to find out if they've signed new riders...

Indeed a nice interview. I followed him and the Schweizer brothers a bit earlier this season in several interviews, race diaries etc. |
