It is always about personal preference, but i am pretty sure that Rolland Garros is much more important sporting event than Criterium Dauphiné, so bit of objectivity is needed.

Eurosport scheduled it to 13.30, but it went on 14.00, a 30 min delay. I know Rolland Garros is more important to many, but afterall there wasnt any match going on right? |

No... France Television who produces TV signal of BOTH Roland Garros and Dauphine scheduled the prologue earlier to we can see both this and Roland Garros Final. |
