I think Be a Pro could work well. You could negotiate your calendar and goals with the manager at the start of the season, and then it would just be like normal PCM only you just control one rider. Then you can egotists contracts and such...

Is it likely to see a "Be a Pro" mode in PCM, maybe already next year?
This would really be a cool feature! Imaging that your create your own rider and then progress your stats by doing various achievements and not by the normal progress system in PCM.
The AI system would be controlling the other riders on your team, but if you are the captain or sprinter in a race, you would have control over the riders assigned to you.
Along you career you would be able to change teams by accepting offers by other teams who are interested in buying you.
Over many years you will then be able to progress you rider to achieve bigger goals and one day win a grand tour etc.
This should be so easy make. There are already a big achievement list with goals to reach as a manager. So they already have the feature in the game. The AI system don't need to be change in any big way.
And I know that is have been a topic for a couple of years now and it is requested by many. So why ain't it in the game?
Will it be possible to select more than 3 different equipment setups (C1, C2, C3) for the race. So you can build a setup for all of your 9 riders?
Or as I do, create custom frames for the GT leaders, NC and WC champions and give them the joy to ride with it.
Have you done anything to the time gaps on mountain stages, so that you are not losing that much time when you are creating a narrow gap. I know it is 1:10 scale and in the end it doesn`t matter in the result, but it looks cruel to see that big time gaps, even when the riders are close to each other. (I hope you understand)
And a must ask is Anderis Question number 1 in post #28. This is exactly what makes the 3d game that annoying.
Also the AI vs AI racing.
Would it be possible to have an option of chosing an exact starting order of your riders for ITT if it is an opening stage of the race as well as the order in which your riders start TTT? That shouldn't be that hard to implement, but would be a big help for players in some situations.
Is there some new environements in the editor on top of England which is obviousely new. It seems like there are many new IB for big cities (tall building...)
The fall downs bring me to another question. Will there be more personal options?
Like a slider for the frequency of crashes or buttons for none, normal, many, random,...
An option for weather conditions, AI aggressivity, training effect, injury frequency and for those who wants to keep it all as it is, on/off options for rider trades and team names.
And to the ITT thing. Will there at least be an option to pause the game automatically, if a rider of your team or a specific rider is on the start ramp?
I, and I believe a lot of others too, are getting sick always to keep their eyes on the monitor and hope not to miss one of their riders or someone important for the stage or the general classification.
