Well, Wanka's DB will soon be released. I'm somewhat optimistic about that DB, because I know that Wanka usually does a good job on databases. Time will tell if I'm right.
Thanks for your appreciation ops:
I hope that time will tell that you'd right
I hope release the real first version this week... |

It's released now.
So, was it worth the wait? Anyone tried it yet? |

There are some pictures of stats of only rock racing but I'd say it's worth a download but still needs a little work.

I downloaded the wonka one, not a bad DB (compared to the others)

The db is not totally bad... But it still has some features he could work on... Like more teams and some changes in the stats of the smaller teams...
But overall it's OK... I give 2.5 thumbs up... Okay, make it 3 thumbs up... Not much to do with just half a thumb...

I agree, but i think all the other 08 Dbs are really, really bad, so it makes this one good

Thanks to all
For the features that missing, my DB is a simple real names updated to the new 2008 season, I didn't want to make nothing more... I made the necessary...Adding teams and other stuff wasn't on my project...maybe only pictures in one future version, but only maybe...
For the comments that I read on the history of RRC (thanks for using my DB )I have to say that the experience is voluntarily not full for some riders, I give the possibility to some riders to return to a better level And also for the preferred race, its not made by me but by the IA (think also that vuelta of columbia is not in the original db )...
The budget of rrc is 10million cause is the real budget that they declared
For the salary I can't say anything, for some riders i agree is not perfect
For the stats question the only think i want to say is try before judging, at least for the big, if there are some big errors on "minor" rider's stats i'll be happy to learn it

As Wanka said, he didn't try to create a huge package with everything included. It's a very basic database with updated teams and riders, and with the jerseys included - and for that purpose, it seems to do its job quite wel. |

well, pcmdaily db is probably the most likely next big db...or at least, the only one worth playing with. maybe I'm biased. |

the best way for stability is to un-install the game
