This is very interesting. You have some awesome talents I really want to have a look into signing.
Lachlan Morton have been high on my list since last season, and I would probably try to feature some sort of bid for him.
Pieter Serry was one of our highest priority loan options, and he still is. Obviously if you are willing to sell/swap him we would be even more interested in that, but we are also very interested in a loan deal.
Marc Goos have a fairly interesting wage considering his potential, hence I could possibly be interested in him aswell as a domestique for the Grand Tours in the future.
Nick van der Lijke is extremely interesting for us in the future, as we need a strong leadout man, and he could be just what we are looking for, but we see him as a perfect loanie for this season.
Tom van Asbroeck could be another option for that role, but we would probably like to make you a permanent offer for his service in case you should feel like selling him.

Two New Signings Join The Team - More To Come!
Chris Froome
From Jaguar for Morton and 500k
FL | MO | HI | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SP | ACC | FT | DH | PL | 70 | 70 | 81 | 67 | 77 | 73 | 72 | 51 | 54 | 75 | 68 | 71 | 67 |
Geert Steurs
It took 650k for Steurs to join us from Festina
FL | MO | HI | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SP | ACC | FT | DH | PL | 76 | 59 | 70 | 62 | 73 | 66 | 68 | 79 | 66 | 67 | 73 | 61 | 62 |
Chris Froome is one of best puncheurs in the world and we are immensely happy with his signature, he'll lead our team in all the punchy races and we have very good support lined up in his place, hopefully he'll help us to promote this season.
Steurs is a quality cobbler at the end of his career, with the team having 3 important goals on the cobbled roads he offers Baugnies great support, as well as possible double attacks, very important deal for us!
P.S. Thanks go to Mre for the great idea of the format!

Top Sprinter Joins the Quickstep Ranks!
Maxime Vantomme
28 Years Old : € 375,000 : 6th PCT Individual Standings
Maxime jons us from Rothaus for 1.5m!
FL | MO | HI | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SP | ACC | FT | DH | PL | 73 | 54 | 64 | 64 | 76 | 65 | 79 | 70 | 82 | 78 | 67 | 64 | 64 |
Our biggest gamble of the transfer saga, our plans have changed when Haussler, our initial sprinter went above his expected wage, and with news of many new sprinters joining PCT we felt Haussler wouldn't be enough, another obvious target being Belgian was Vantomme and we got the deal done. There should be enough flat races in calendar that his weak shill stat should have no real effect as well which is a great news!
Vantomme's signing completes something we are quite proud of - having four leaders with 80+ stat or above leading us this season in hope of promotion, with quite good support provided to each one of them on all terrains we are delighted!

You freak
Seriously, some great stuff at Quickstep. We all knew last year's gamble with huge talents and still surviving the PCT easily would pay off in some way. Well done!

Quite funny that all those 80`s will be higher than my best rider in the same terrain.
You obviously did something pretty well here.
Good luck with Vantomme. Was hard to trade him but in the end he should be a huge addition to your team if he can have a similar season than the last one.
Also his hill was trained from 61->64 last season which clearly helped him. (next to avoiding huge planning fails in 2013) |

16 riders with 50k wages? ^^
Just kidding. Absolutely fantastic team you've put together, Alakagom. I didn't think you'd be able to top what you did last year, but I was wrong!
Can't see any way you're not promoting.

Well, 1 365 000 for four riders suggest something like that, but that is how it should be, chapeau Alakagom, i guess i will trail more this season than some dozen points.

You see, PT managers are in fear already.
Good that Metinvest hates cobbled races. So that leaves hills only....and mountains.
