Anti-Islamic-Terrorist Comments: I do realize that the there are other kinds of terrorists than Muslim ones. However, Islamic terrorism is prominent right now, and would be most likely to get into the news. Sorry if you disagree, it is just a story

GIGN Raid of Hotel Successful
The French counter-terrorism unit GIGN successfully raided a hotel in the Alps at approximately 5:10 PM. Details of the attack have not been released to the public. The hotel was being occupied by an anti-Semitic terrorist group, who were seeking all records of top Belgian cyclist and Tour de France General Classification Leader Jurgen Janssens. All of the riders and tourists in the hotel were found alive except for two, Italian cyclist Damiano Cunego and Tour de France Leader Jurgen Janssens were found dead. Both cyclists were killed by gunshot wounds. All of the terrorists were killed or committed suicide during the raid. The Tour de France has been declared over, and Jurgen Janssens the winner in his last race.

I can't really say much about Jurgen but I hope we will mourn his death once we got to know him better... A wonderful service to make him the winner of le Tour towards Jurgen though.

Thousands Gather for Janssens's Funeral
Thousands of Belgians gathered in Jurgen Janssens's hometown of Sint-Niklaas for the great cyclist's funeral on Sunday. As you know, the Belgian was murdered by terrorists following the 18th stage of the Tour de France, where he increased is his lead on Alpe D'Huez. Following his death, he was awarded the line posthumously. The Belgian government announced a few hours after the funeral that a new cycling race would be held in Belgium next year in Janssens's honor. It will be called the "GP Janssens", and will entail his two favorite terrains, the hills and the cobbled hills. The race is expected to be categorized as a 1.HC classic on the UCI European Tour.
