I know david harmon been off with illness most of 2013,does any one have any information on if he will be back commentating for eurosport in 2014 season?. |

Possibly back from Qatar and seems some recent 6 day racing has rekindled his love of cycling. Ironically Carlton Kirby got him the 6 day gig!

He's certainly not everyone's cup of tea but then who is. I think his enthusiasm balances nicely with one of the knowledgeable, dead pan types like Brian Smith...plus he's a hundred times better than Kirby... |

Yeah thanks for that link Ian. Easily the best commentator in the business. I knew that he was busy with the Yorkshire thing after his bout of Depression but good to hear that he is coming back.

Mads Drange, who worked for the Norwegian Anti-Doping Agency for 10 years before quitting, has recieved support from, among others, Mads Kaggestad for his book "Den store dopingbløffen" (The great doping bluff), a book in which he strongly critcises the anti-doping community.
He claims to have found evidence of EPO and other substances in several athletes from different sports, but there was an unwillingness to take it further.
This criticism against for example WADA is nothing new, but it's good to hear it from someone who has been working within the system for a decade.
There's a fine line between "psychotherapist" and "psycho the rapist"

On that note Velogames are promising some kind of season long element to their fantasy range this season. Hopefully the fantasy classic element will be back again soon to further enhance the enjoyment.

Sad for Kaisen, but good that it was caught before he had a severe episode
Also, with the number of races does he does per year, he's raced more than most pros will in a 15 year career

Cannot remember if this was confirmed by Garmin - Sharp earlier in the year, but Ryder Hesjedal is to ride the Giro d'Italia again this year.
Edit #1: Sammy Sanchez to debut for BMC Racing at  (1.1) Classic Sud Ardèche. First race goal of the season will, not hard to guess, be  (2.UWT) Pais Vasco.
