Would be fun if you give 1st choice priority to make things interesting. Like with the draft order look at people's number one order first, so people low on the list can still get a decent team if they pick smart 
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

No first choice priority please, and definitely not 'unsure about it', since it aould be fucked having a bad/low budget team because your 2nd, 3rd and 4th choices were already chosen by someone down the list with a low team as 1st pick.
And damn, I would hate to miss the transfer period.

I tihnk it will be more fun like this, otherwise people will send pretty much the same list and hope for a good draft order.

Decent team
Bad team
Very bad team
While if you give 1st choice priority, someone who dares to gamble with putting Very Good team or Good team first, might jump over people ahead of him in the draft order. Similarly, someone in the back can still get Decent team.
But yeah, we'll see what Manx says

There will be a draft order, and it will be used. Mostly because there are no "bad teams" except maybe VCD  Every team has a real chance to win some form of race. Euskaltel now have Uran who can win. IAM are cobbles insane. Europcar are strong on the cobbles. etc.
If i used 1st choice preference then why draft at all? It just becomes a normal selection that is basically first come first served, except weird

Please get your team lists in as soon as possible! Thank you to those who have already done so, and the rest soon would be nice
Equally if you are going to be away for a length of time around the Holiday period, please let me know as well. I will try and wait until everyone is around to start, but i reserve the right to bring the Transfer start forward if enough people are available.
Transfers can take as much personal time as you like. You are under no obligation to even do any either! Details will come between now and Christmas and some parts are open for discussion.
But those lists are the focus right now!
