Boonen is having a faboulous ride, perfect sprint train delivering the win there I think.
A shame JvH couldn't muscle Ciolek off of his wheel but fair enough Ciolek has done little else all year.

Awesome second TT stage win for Cancellara, could he be favourite for the worlds?
Looking forward to seeing if he can overhaul Coppel on the cobbles, provided he can survive the hilly stuff. The tough man conditions certainly suited my Swiss machine!

Cancellara might have this with the cobbles, but let's see, Coppel might surprise us all, even his manager. |

Spartacus made a huge step towards overall winner here! I´m really happy with performance of my boys, especially Boonen is in very good position right now. Also Kluge has decent chance to keep TOP10 overall, I hope. Now to survive crucial hilly stage without much loss.

Oh, that was close! Good ride by Jerome anyway. Congrats to Smowz.
It will be really interesting what will be the tactics of my team in the next stages. Will they defend the leader's jersey of Coppel or will they still ride for Bewley there? If I should have any chance for a good overall result with Coppel, he needs to keep his jersey in the next stage for then coming cobble stage.

Consistend sprinting from Vanoverschelde, being 14th both on stage 3 and 4. Nice to see Juul-Jensen in the break as well, he has probably been our most aggressive rider during the season.
Nice reports, roturn! |

Some nice reports, roturn and I'm happy to see Kruisjwijk high up the table with an outside Top 10 opportunity.

Nicely done by old man Jason Donald.
That was a much better result than anticipated. It's probably the only points I'll get besides the standard "Look mom, I got there in time" points.

Diggle taking 15th and moving up to 11th GC, I can only suppose this is all going to go horrifically down hill from here as all my cobblers wait for him when he gets dropped on cobbles. But, still, what a TT from him. Did not expect that at all. Pity Rowe isn't cracking the Top 5.

Wow, what a massive race this has been for Di Maggio! I was surprised to see him do his move so early, but it worked out perfectly in the end.
With the upcoming stage being raced on cobbles, I expect Di Maggio to lose a lot of positions both in the GC and the Youth Classification. However, he is still in with a chance at the KoM jersey. Will be an interesting fight for the last few points.

I´m really satisfied with result of this tough stage, Boonen didn´t loose much time to puncheurs and even Kluge somehow managed to stay in main group, increasing his chance for TOP10 overall
Now I´m curious how much selective will be cobble stage. I believe Spartacus has clean path to overall win, but who will be the next? Boonen? Bewley? Gilbert? Pozzato? Or will we see some big surprise?

Tough stage for 1t4i, payback for the win from Gesink I guess. Too bad that Trentin lost more time again, but working for Posthuma was the right thing to do.

Stake Laengen is continuing to do above expectations. Hopefully Juul-Jensen is able to get in the breakaway on the next stage, that's probably our best bet for a top 50
Cancellara looks like the obvious pick for the overall win now, can't really see anyone stopping him.

Nice stage again, my team did a solid job. Cancellara should win this race easily, but how far can drop Coppel and how far can Bewley go up... Big questions for the next stage for my team definitely. Hopefully Bewley won't wait for Coppel as Nepomnyachsniy, Verbist and Stybar should be good enough helping squad for Coppel to keep him highest possible in results, I believe. Stybar could do quietly a good race for himself as well.

Decent stage for Fab, he still leads the points though obviously GC is the prize we are after.
Losing Aulas is a blow, he is a really solid domestique however we have to play the attacking role tomorrow!

When Gesink won it was payback for all the times he lost due to a crash.
This, this is just regular stuff from my team

Utterly baffling AI there, the hilly split on stage 2 decides the race between Coppel and Cancellara.
Tbh we benefitted at California from AI madness so cannot complain here.
