There's one spot left. I will reserve it for you. It depends on what The Hobbit does
This means it's full. Full squad presentation should follow as soon as all stats are in

That's nice. Do you keep the name?

Name: Heiko Kalichmann
Date of Birth: 20 September 1994
Nationality (and region): German (Bayern)
Specialty: Hills
Highest stat: 66 Hills
Length: 1.90 Meter
Weight: 83 kg
Short biography: I'm a German rider and as you all know, cycling isn't very popular in Germany. So it was a difficult way to come here. I come from a small town called Bad Bayersoien in Bayern. It's in the hills and nearby the mountains. Of course I wanted to become a Grand Tour winner, but I'm too long for that and my weight won't help me with that eighter. So I decided to train my hills skills, and that will be my specialty. I want to help our big cyclists Martin, Kittel, Degenkolb and Greipel to make cycling popular in German again. I hope one day I'll win the German Championship and then I'll try to show that jersey in every race.
My village Bad Bayersoien is a small village with some farmers. I started cycling because I had to cycle to school every day, and of course during summer holidays I cycled a lot. I participated at small races and showed myself. Now I've got a contract at this team and I'm happy with it. I like the Netherlands a lot. I hope I can train in Scandinavia to improve my hills and in the Netherlands I want to learn racing in the wind.

Well it was, before all the doping stuff (mainly at T-Mobile in 2006/2007). Currently only Eurosport is broadcasting it, and there aren't many german journalists at the Tour. So it's not very popular anymore.

Only 1 response needed. As soon as that's done, I can do the team presentation. Hopefully that's tomorrow, but I can't guarantee anything.

Team presentation
Hello and welcome,
Today we (Projob and Odfjell) are proud we have the opportunity to present our squad for the next season.
We have set up this team as a development team for Vacansoleil. The highest ranked rider at the 31st of July and September will join the WorldTour squad, the first as a trainee, the other after the season. This is the squad for this season:
As you may see, we have different strengths in our squad. The stats here are based on a stat matrix, designed to see how strong the current riders are.
In August, there will be one spot open for a new rider. The same will happen for the next season.
Our goals are very simple: develop the riders for the WorldTour and make sure Vacansoleil gets some of the brightest talents in cycling. However, some successes at the continental level would surely give us, the sponsors, some positive publicity.
That concludes this press conference, we hope you to keep a close eye on the team.

I haven't got a calendar yet, as I first need to have your season goals first. You must pick 1 or 2 races you want to peak for. If you pick 2, at least 1 must be .2 level. No need for specific goals, just the race you are aiming on.
Please PM your wishes, there's no deadline, but if I had all of them by tomorrow midnight, it would be great.

Sounds good, will we just progress like normal?
And lemme guess, you'll keep the potentials secret in that case?
Will PM goal(s) probably today.

I'm not sure about that yet. Perhaps you get a small boost for a victory, but we will see by then. Potentials are secret
