Expect a new update maybe even before the weekend. I've completed the Omloop and Tirreno - Adriatico. But I think I'll race some more and put Milan - San Remo in the next update, too. Thanks for all the support so far!

Well, as i can see, you're using HDR effect just too much. Btw, try to make images brighter. They're too dark, imo. Use sites like "picmonkey" , "ribbet" or just use Photoshop/Gimp/Paint.NET (first solution is much easier for non-photoshop expert, since these sites really helps and results are also great).
And , it's somehow weird to open each image and read the text.
I see what you mean but for now that's the way I want to do it. I won't force you to follow. |

I actually kind of like the feel of it. It's something very different to the traditional reports as we see them in pretty much every story (incl. my own) and reminds me of some of the storybooks I had as a child. Good books by the way
Edit: Guess that's why I don't mind having to click the pic's to read them properly. Just like you have to turn the page in a book.

Just keeping you in the loop, next update will be before the week is over, I can pretty much guarantee that I've been racing up until San Remo now. I also want to add (I won't put this in the story) that I've won stage 6 of Oman with Philippe Gilbert so the World Champion is not without wins! Hooray!
admirschleck - Will do, thanks
Atlantius - I guess that's part of my motivation. I've done so much stories and I couldn't do another one the way I've always done them. Plus I've always wanted to read cycling storybooks, but now I make one, good too glad you like it, too!
I also thought about making frames without text but with dialogue instead, but I'm still deciding on that one, it could make it ridiculous, so not sure
baia - Let's hope he is
Conardo - Thanks, I will! |

I suppose you could do it with frames, but perhaps that would work best if you make a report giong more in depth with one race. E.g. if he gets to race Ronde van Vlaanderen or something like that then we could follow his conversations with the other riders and his thought throughout the race?

welker3257 - Let's hope he can keep it up
Atlantius - That's a great idea! And those big wins are way in the future so I still have time to think about it, too thanks! |

Nice!
So it turns out Lars isn't that bad in TTs after all, at least if they're short enough!

Dippofix - That's right He also does better in TTT than individual.
sutty68 - He sure didn't miss any start on the cobbles thanks!
SuperKid - Not sure what you mean by that...
Oh yeah, something I forgot to post, I know some like to know: Lars' stats (taken right before racing E3 Harelbeke, forgot to do it in the beginning of the season. He already advanced 2 STA and 2 COB, turned down development of attributes now) I know he's a real strong bloke, but it's well thought about.

Welker3257 - He has lower COB and lower secondary stats, but indeed quite similar maybe a bit OP but like I said, I've tought about it. I've done stories/careers with strong starting riders and I've started careers with more realistic young riders. I find I don't really like that it takes 3 year before you can do something decent, so I like to go with guys like this |

First time commenter on one of your stories, because Willy's and Stijn's career was so long and you went forever. Anyways, I'm going to follow for another 150 pages and see another 85 guy. Sorry, but I'm not a fan of the comic book pics and the words are impossible to read when there r clouds around. (Just a suggestion) |
