Yes, he is not bad. I am curious how his behaviour will be in race.
Some riders from my team are better in the Expansion Pack, but almost all my sprinters are worst in the Expansion Pack than in the Official Database. I's like a balance .

Cheli
Hello,
I have first race soon. It is Tour of Qatar, and it is a interesting race for me. Flat windy roads i grew up on, so should be simple start.
My English lessons are good. I better already. Will write more after race.

We have big expectation from you in Tour of Qatar and we are sure you will have good results, especially in time trial stage.
Also, I heard very good things regarding your progress in English and we are very happy about it. We consider to send you on some races on English speaking regions.

Start list for Tour of Qatar [3–8 February]
Before quitting Belgium in order to reach the first destinations of the season, Radu Brezoianu post the start list for Tour of Qatar [3–8 February], the first tour of the season for Accent Jobs.
The 8 riders are :
Steven Caethoven
Ylvo Chekyakov
Jerome Gilbert
Mika Kurri
Will Routley
James Vanlandschoot
Benjamin Verraes
Nicolas Vogondy
There will be very good riders at the start of this tour. Some of the best sprinters and some of the best time trial riders, so we are aware that our chances of winning something will be very low. Caethoven will be our lead sprinter, while Verraes will be his main help. We expect some breakaways from Kurri and Vogondy, while Ylvo should shine on TT stage, but their race will depend on their behavior on GP La Marseillaise.
I could not say that the team have a main objective for the race, we want to see how our sprint train will compete against some of the best sprint trains in the world, and how high we can put a rider on a mass sprint. It is mainly on the results of this tour that the team will decide the program for our sprinters in the next months.

Accent Jobs Results - Disaster In France
Last week, Accent Jobs disputed its first race of the season. France, usually, a land for good results didn’t smile to us this time. Our expectations were to have at least a TOP 10, in order to achieve the goal of our sponsor. Or, at least a TOP 15, in worst case scenario.
The results were, unfortunately, far away from that. The race was rather chaotic, with several breakaways and the great number of favorites involved in different parts of the race made our strategy inefficient.
Our team tried to chase the breakaway in the last kilometers, in order to favour our good riders in downhill, but it was already too late.
The race was won by Alexsandr Dyachenko from Astana, while our team fight only for an honor place at the arrival of the peloton.
The order of arrival of our riders :
Rank Name Team Time
1 Alexsandr Dyachenko Astana Pro Team 3h39'42
38 Jurgen Van Goolen Accent Jobs - Wanty + 2'47
51 Davy Commeye Accent Jobs - Wanty s.t.
52 Thomas Degand Accent Jobs - Wanty s.t.
53 Kevin Pauwels Accent Jobs - Wanty s.t.
57 Zoltan Ruiz Gonzalez Accent Jobs - Wanty s.t.
80 Mika Kurri Accent Jobs - Wanty + 3'31
92 Nicolas Vogondy Accent Jobs - Wanty + 4'12
111 Voltali Feunard Accent Jobs - Wanty + 10'55
Due to the immediate depart to Qatar we don’t have any declaration yet for any rider or DS, but we expect soon some news from Middle East.

Accent Jobs Results – Tour of Qatar, stage 1 – Mika, the restless
Even if our team went to Qatar just to warm the legs for Oman and Algavre, we didn’t miss the opportunity to show the team colors.
We had Kurri in the breakaway, a little surprising for us, seeing the heat from the Middle East, but this was a very pleasant surprise.
More than that, Kurri tried even to boost the breakaway in the final kilometers, a bold action from his part.
But the very strong peloton chase the breakaway in order to have a mass sprint. With teams like Radioshack, Omega Pharma and BMC showing their best men in sprint and TT it will be next to impossible to have a win or even a TOP 10 on Oman.
Final results :
1 Mark Cavendish Omega Pharma - Quick•Step 2h58'11
........
62 Steven Caethoven Accent Jobs - Wanty s.t.
66 Benjamin Verraes Accent Jobs - Wanty s.t.
73 James Vanlandschoot Accent Jobs - Wanty s.t.
77 Mika Kurri Accent Jobs - Wanty s.t.
85 Will Routley Accent Jobs - Wanty s.t.
89 Nicolas Vogondy Accent Jobs - Wanty s.t.
92 Ylvo Chekyakov Accent Jobs - Wanty s.t.
93 Jerôme Gilbert Accent Jobs - Wanty s.t.

Final results :
1 Omega Pharma - Quick•Step Cycling Team 14'30
...
10 Accent Jobs - Wanty + 31

Accent Jobs Results – Tour of Qatar, stage 3 – Caethoven showing the team colors
The third stage of the Tour of Qatar was a very interesting one for our team. Our riders are in good shape and despite the lack of a main sprinters, they tried to animate the stage especially in the breakaway.
This time the heroes is Caethoven who had an interesting race, taking the first place in the first intermediate sprint …
… and the second place in the second intermediate sprint.
The seconds of bonification and the money won on these intermediate sprints were the only (but helpfully) rewards, because a fight for the green jersey seems impossible for Caethoven, given the sprinters on Tour of Qatar.
In the end, because of the cross winds, the stage was a little atypical for a sprint stage, with only a small group fighting for the win and the victory of Kittel ahead Cavendish.
Stage results :
1 Marcel Kittel Team Argos - Shimano 3h05'18
...
48 Steven Caethoven Accent Jobs - Wanty +1’37
50 Ylvo Chekyakov Accent Jobs - Wanty s.t.
54 Mika Kurri Accent Jobs - Wanty s.t.
74 James Vanlandschoot Accent Jobs - Wanty s.t.
108 Benjamin Verraes Accent Jobs - Wanty + 5'55
113 Will Routley Accent Jobs - Wanty s.t.
114 Nicolas Vogondy Accent Jobs - Wanty s.t.
118 Jerôme Gilbert Accent Jobs - Wanty s.t.
General classification :
1 Mark Cavendish Omega Pharma - Quick•Step 6h17'28
...
48 Steven Caethoven Accent Jobs - Wanty + 2'28
61 Mika Kurri Accent Jobs - Wanty + 2'38
62 James Vanlandschoot Accent Jobs - Wanty s.t.
76 Ylvo Chekyakov Accent Jobs - Wanty + 2'45
110 Will Routley Accent Jobs - Wanty + 6'56
111 Nicolas Vogondy Accent Jobs - Wanty s.t.
112 Benjamin Verraes Accent Jobs - Wanty + 6'58
114 Jerôme Gilbert Accent Jobs - Wanty + 7'00

Accent Jobs Results – Tour of Qatar, stage 4 – Just relaxing
A new victory for Cavendish, a stage where our riders just waited the finish line. The heat made a breakaway very difficult and most of our riders didn’t feel to well after some general digestive problems.

Accent Jobs Results – Tour of Qatar, stage 5 – Nothing new
Our riders were in better shape, but the DS said that a breakaway is forbidden in order to not take another risk. So, a nice and tranquil stage with a victory for the Manx Missile in the end.

Accent Jobs Results – Tour of Qatar, stage 6 – Caethoven and Chekyakov try to take the peloton by surprise
It was the last stage of the Qatari tour so we didn’t want to leave without attempting for the last time a breakaway. After two consecutive stages without any move from our riders, Caethoven and Chekyakov, both in very good shape, tried to take the peloton by surprise and, why not, take a win.
For almost 50 km, they took part in a solid breakaway, but the sprinters’ teams were just too strong. In the end, Accent Jobs go away from Qatar with a 10th place in a TTT stage and 69th placefor Caethoven, our best rider in GC.
Tour of Qatar was a good cure for our riders after the disaster from GP La Marseillaise, but the big test are coming.

Start list Volta ao Algarve [14–17 February]
Accent Jobs is back to Europe (at list a part of it). After a decent Tour of Qatar we are ready to start Tour of Oman and Volta ao Algarve [14–17 February].
For Volta ao Algarve, we will participate with the following riders :
Ylvo Chekyakov
Thomas Degand
Roy Jans
Mika Kurri
Danilo Napolitano
Kevin Pauwles
Jurgen Van Goolen
Nicolas Vogondy
Our main objective is a stage victory, but it seems more difficult that we imagined. For the fourth stage, a long TT, we will put our hopes in Chekyakov, while Kurri and Vogondy could do a good result as well. But, beating Amador, for example, it seems impossible.
For the second stage with a hilly finish we hope that Degand, Van Goolon and Pauwles will conclude a good result, despite the number of good punchers and climbers at the start list.
Our sprinter Napolitano, and Jans, his main lead-out man, seems to be the best chance we have for the mass sprint finishes, where we hope that our team will manage to control the breakaways.
Many UCI World Tour teams are present at the start (Sky, Movistar, Katusha, Lampre, Astana, Euskatel). This tour will be the first big test for our team and we hope to bring a victory in a few days.

Not much racing for me in part 1, GP di Lugano was fun even though I hit the deck, hopefully I get called up for more races soon as I look to develop my and flat riding and endurance.
The hilly one day races would be good for me.
