Fabian Wegmann secured his already confirmed victory in the continental standings by taking 4th. Domenico Pozzovivvo finishes 2nd, while 3rd place in Japan rises Vicioso to 3rd overall. Kohl is 4th, Pereiro 5th, the retiring Jens Voigt finishes 6th. Hammond, Casper, Caucchioli and Ghisalberti round out the top 10.
309 riders from 48 countries scored points.
The highest ranked rider to not win anything was E.B. Hagen, but if you include his Avenir stage win, then the highest ranked winless rider is Gerrit Glomser.

Tinkoff finish comfortably in the lead, by over 300 points but who is 2nd? The swapped positions so many times this season when fighting for 3rd, they then moved
ahead of Procycling-BBC and kept on fighting.
Agritubel looked to have it settled with an 86 point lead after the Post Danmark Rundt, but a perfect finish with victories in the Chrono des Herbiers and the Japan Cup means that by just 13 points.... DESIGNA KOKKEN are promoted!!!!!
ProCycling - BBC and Ceramica Panaria round out the top 5. Landbouwkredit stay 6th while Une Orbitel move ahead of Wiesenhof for 7th. Barloworld and HealthNet round out the top 10.
No team managed to score points in all races. Tinkoff only missed out in Herbiers were Danny Pate was 21st for them. Designa Kokken only failed to score in Milano-Torino (Traksel was 18th). DFL and Agritubel only scored 0 twice, as did Relax Gam although they did not race for the whole season.

that was an exciting race on many levels, and for me a nice finish with Wegmann and Mazzanti getting top 5's. Congrats to Designa, but a real shame for Agritubel.

Don't worry, you'll all get details on how the transfer period works - it's quite a bit different, a hell of a lot more work, and hopefully a lot more fun

Yeah, the last transfer was a little crazy. So I hope you geniuses have come up with a better system.
