Why do you always mention Oger Ocks? Is it some sort of Aussie Beer?

Durbridge In Controversial Interview
Orica-GreenEDGE's star timetrialist Luke Durbridge is in a sea of controversy, after giving a controversial interview to Eurosport concerning his team's performances.
We've shown glimpses of decency but we aren't good enough right now to be considered a good World Tour team.
Neither the rider nor the team have made a comment but we can expect some defense in the coming days.

Cannondale would happily take him of your hands at the end of the season. |

Isn't he right though? The rocking Oger should take it as a sign of motivation. In any case, if he leaves, I'm sure the vultures will be all flying over this HQ quite fast. I doubt that he'd sign with Team NetApp - Endura so I'm just keeping it cool.

GreenEDGE To Sanction Durbridge
Orica-GreenEDGE are reportedly set to sanction Luke Durbridge over comments criticising his team. Cannondale and NetApp have already expressed interest in the young time-trialist. Possible sanctions are yet unknown but Durbridge will probably be slapped with a fine and may be released from his contract at the end of the season.

Androni is interested in Durbridge and we think that we can profit from his services, if he sorts out his attitude.

Durbridge Comes Back At Rumours
Luke Durbridge has responded to rumours that he criticized his own team Orica-GreenEDGE by telling an independant reporter.
What I said was taken out of context. I'm extremely disappointed with Eurosport for all the trouble they've caused and I'd like to assure fans that I have no intention of leaving GreenEDGE and intend to make my career here.
Durbridge also shed some light on what he actually said.
The start of the season hasn't been great for us. I mean we've shown glimpses of decency but we aren't good enough right now to be considered a good World Tour team. However the team has ambition and we have some riders who are really doing well and we have a great team environment. It's only a matter of time until we show the world what we can do.
Focus now turns to Eurosports Marcus Baker who published the misleading quote.

Welcome to a brand new series where we take two riders from the team and ask them all sorts of questions. First contestants, Cam Meyer and Mitch Docker!
Host: Hey guys welcome.
Cam: Great to be here.
Mitch: I'm scared.
Host: Terrific! Now, let's get started. Who's the funniest guy on the team?
Cam: Me [laughs]. I'm considered the class clown I guess.
Mitch: Honestly I think it is Cam, but Durbo and Fumy are quite a laugh as well.
Host: Who's the most serious?
Cam: I think Daniel Teklehaimanot is the most serious. Coming from where he has, I think he doesn't want to get sidetracked but he's real good to be around.
Mitch: Yeah Dan's pretty serious. Pieter Weening and Seb Langeveld are also quite serious when they need to be. You'll also notice no Aussies mentioned in the serious list. [All laugh]
Host: Ok sounds good. What are your lifetime goals for your career?
Cam: I think a Top 10 in a Grand Tour, especially the Tour de France, is my main goal. I'd also be really stoked to win the double in the National Championships of the Road Race and Time Trial.
Mitch: I'm not a great rider, it has to be said, so I don't really dream big in terms of personal achievement. Really I'd love to be part of a leadout train that wins the points jersey at a Grand Tour. We have some nice sprinters but just haven't gone the extra mile yet.
Host: This question's just for Cam,
Mitch: [Interrupts] Oh cheers mate.
Host: Anyway. Cam, you're part of both teams for the Continental Championships. Do you think that you have a shot at the double?
Cam: Well as I said it's a goal of mine, but the Continental Championships are too much of a long shot. You have Shaqif and Kim for the time-trial, and either way we'd be working for Gerro. I think my chance is definitely in the Nationals but not for a few years.
Host: Now to even out the universe, a question for Mitch. Your season started really well on the team's first stage of the year with 4th on Stage 1 of San Luis. How happy were you then?
Mitch: I was stoked to start my season on a high, and it was amazing, but I haven't really had much to do after that. I just need to keep performing and good results will come.
Host: Ok so no-one's probably reading this so last question. If you could get anyone - within logic and realism - on the team, who would it be?
Cam: I think there was some talk about Rohan Dennis, and he'd be absolutely perfect for the team.
Mitch: I think Rohan's a really great rider but I'm gonna go with someone unexpected here and say Diego Ulissi. He's got a great future and he could definitely make a move to a stronger team than Lampre.
Host: Thank you all for joining us and see you next time! Don't forget to have your say in who comes on next!

I'd suggest Teklehaimenot and Durbridge. And Dennis is of course a possibility, but he's doing quite all right for us atm, so we won't let him go for nothing.

By the way, none of your race applications have been accepted. If you made the list, your application is on hold

I was hoping to avoid Ronde because of the hills, which I why I picked P-R. Top 5 L-B-L is somewhat possible but I'll need a shitload of luck with Gerro. Then Stage Win Suisse might need a breakaway.
