Shame Hoelgaard couldn't win it. But he's without a doubt one of the most attractive riders on my team, and this result is great for him

God damn that stupid breakaway. Would have liked the Team GC. Ji 9th GC is alright I suppose.
One of those tours were my team doesn't have much to celebrate though.

This race was crazy, some underperformers and some overperformers. In light of that, 5th in GC for mr. consistent Popovych is not bad, even more as top5 at Sibiu Tour was one of our season goals (which went bad so far), holding that fifth spot by stage positioning can be worth much for our budget. And it was close as hell.
Great surprise was Haijun Ma with his 2nd place in prologue, best race for him in the season. Also Taciak did great with so many attacks and finally 2nd spot in points jersey competition, shame he did not win it though, only one place better and he would have it.

Well, 10th, 11th and 2nd in team GC aren't all that bad, though a stage win in that last stage would have been nice of course. Overall can't complain though, think I got more than I should expect.
