Still hoping Contador can manage to win this.
The stage or the overall?
Either is very unrealistic, but then again people tend to hang on to dreams for long.
After this season we'll still have people saying Contador just had a bad year and will bounce back. Bank on it.
I know, that's why I reacted to jdog's original post.

Contador could win the Vuelta next year, if it is a weak field and has too many TT km for people like Purito. But yeah no way he is winning here unless Froome and Valverde both crash.

Overall... I just dislike Froome, lets face it, if Wiggins were healthy Froome wouldn't be in this position right now.

Uhm, yes he would. He'd still have dropped everyone on Saturday and remained in the lead by now given that we still haven't had any TT.

So Tuft is off.
Assuming Svein Tuft places within the Top 5 or so, we should have a decent benchmark of what kind of times to expect later in the day. Well... that is assuming the weather conditions do not change and favour early, middle, or late starters.

Don't see Tuft top 5 today after yesterday's fall. Top 10 tops. |

According to White the fall didn't have any impact on him. He'll give his 100% today. It's hard to say what he can do, too early to say, but he could well Top 5. But around Top 10 sounds more realistic.
