Does Michigan actually have hills or mountains? Don't have any clue
Just a suggestion, a very long stage once in a few stages would be nice as well. Though I'm not sure what level its supposed to be played on, if .2, the riders might be struggling, but that's fun isn't it?
@Maxime How long is that TT?
Great work so far both.

Sometimes when I attempt a longer stage it says that the .gpx file is too large for the stage editor to make. So if its too long I shrink it, I did have a 214km stage that was decreased to 199km. Of course I could just make up some of the route, but that takes the reality out of it even though you guys wouldn't notice!

Yeah, okay. I just enjoy a long stage once in a while, to give those guys with big stamina a bigger chance sometimes
And I won't notice anyway

Yeah see thats exactly what I mean.. Since I live in the USA, I can obviously tell before the race if it will be a flat race or not.. and all the West states will have mountains, and most of the East states, the stage races in the middle of the USA will ALL be 100% flat with a little exception maybe.

You can't make the .gpx a straightish line. it has to be compacted, but can still total far over 210km. The route can't go past that is bikeroutetoaster's export though, without turns in direction.

It's really easy to get around that error message. In most cases, all you need to do is to change "Locked axis" from Longitude Max to Latitude Max.
However, it's worth pointing out that this sometimes causes the route to go too close to the edge of the map. You can solve that by manually changing some digits for one of the non-locked axis.

Alright, I knew that it couldn't be a straight line, but that part of Michigan was all forest, so there really was only 1 road.
Thanks Pelli I will try that next time (I tried changing numbers once, then half my map was off the editor )

You should only edit the 3rd or 4th digit (can't remember which, but somewhere around there), otherwise you'll get that problem.

Looking great! I hope Jesleyh and I have permission to use this for our 2018 Fantasy DB (as standalone race or as part of the USA GT).

Calling those speedbumps mountains is a bit generous, I should think.
I'm not familiar enough with USA's topography to recommend any routes, but if you want more climbing you can always "invent" some using the terrain rise-tool.
