Seeing how he has a concussion, I can't say I'm a fan of this decision. I think he'll regret it later. |

I guess Tony Martin can take it easy, dropping off the back if need be today and play the recovery game for a couple of days.
For today's stage I peer into my crystal ball and predict a hard pace up the three climbs in the middle of the stage by teams like Cannondale and Greenedge.
Actually I wouldn't be surprised to see Movistar, Sky and Saxo up there to keep their guys up the front more than anything a bit like what we saw just before the mayhem yesterday.
I am pretty sure Sagan will be up there at the finish, but after impressing early on at Suisse he looked vulnerable to the fast sprinters, Kristoff comes to mind but also Goss/Impey. Cannondale should be strong enough to control it up to the finish too.
Cannot see Cav, Gorilla and Skittles being there.

He was last reported seen on a beach in Italy with 14 redheads. Possibly. Sensible man.
Mario Cipollini used to do the same thing when he rode, He'd ride about the first week of the tour and get his victories and then beach it with beauties. |

Dave Brailsford just been live on Sky Sports News, says hes expecting Sky to ride on the front up and down the cat 2, and expecting Cannondale to try and drop the sprinters, but I guess you guys all know this. No mention for Eddy Boss, surprise attack? |

I've got sort of a Weylandt-feeling about the descent after Vizzavona. It looks really nasty. |

Boom in the breakaway again?
Boom (Belkin)
Kadri (Ag2r)
Veilleux (Europcar)
Perez (Eus)
at the moment.
Julien Simon (Soyasun) also tried to attack and is in between at the moment. But he will get caught by the peloton most likely.

Indeed. Had expected him to try something on the last hill eventually.
And actually he is not giving up. He is 2min behind the group but still gaining time on the peloton... |

It's not as bad as some of the descents in the high mountains. Will be single file down it though. |

Only 20 points in intermediate, so that is not a possibility.
Edit: Sojasun trying to force the breakaway to wait for Simon... Ambitious project considering they are a minor team.

Yea. Our favourite Canadian in the breakaway, plus I have David on my fantasy team. Hopefully he gets the KoM jersey.

You forgot something in the middle : promise that this year he'll definitely try to finish the Tour, then go to the beach with chicks the next day. |
