Very nice effort CF, like tsmoha said the black is very nicely used. The only thing I'd change though is the removal of the 'Discesa' logo and the addition of a real brand seeing that its a manganese jersey. Of course it's your and Heine's descision though.

I will be wait on his reaction about the shirt before i make changes on the shirt . And Discesa are a very big brand 
And If he will use a other jersey i can make a Discesa pack for Mapei incl equipment
