In addition to the chat overlay I found, I also found another little piece of software that allows you to hide the title bar of a window.
This means that, when you look at my previous screenshot posted, the blue bar at the top disappears, allowing PCM to basically run 'fullscreen'.
The reason I'm using apostrophes is because it will not actually run on the PCM fullscreen option, but it will run in a window at the same resolution, with the window border hidden. This should produce a similar effect to normal fullscreen, with the exception that you can now use the twitch chat overlay I showed earlier.
I'll test the window hider when I get home, and post a guide for both tools tonight.

Note that your upload speed in kbps is your upload speed in Mbit/s * 125. You can measure this at www.speedtest.net. My upload speed is 18 Mbit/s for example, so I typed in 2250 kbps. |
