He may not be gone yet because............he's probably hoping that with his plans to quit,the UCI won't bother with taking the case to the court of Arbitration for sport to stiffen his 12-month ban.Then in late July he could turn around and say ''maybe i will race after all''.Two years minimum is what he should have got!
