Never had the pleasure of watching Flanders, or any other monument before, so tomorrow night should be fantastic. Though, being in Aus means l cant do to massive nights in a row staying up late. Decided to not watch EPL so l can watch the race.
Here's hoping Langeveld doesn't get hit by a bellend of a spectator this year. Top 10 should be a minimum for him especially with his current form. |

Cancellara to ride away on the Oude Kwaremont a la E3, does Sagan have enough to make it back on the Paterberg? Or both too preoccupied with each other that someone happilly goes up the road for the win? Personally no idea but looking forward to finding out. |

He better change tactics, it didn't work well last year.

And it seems some reports of headwinds near the end, which would make solo attempts much more difficult tomorrow.
It also snowed in Gent today, plus some key cobbled parts are pretty wet, staying on bike might be considered a challenge :L
Should be a great race though hopefully.

Meh. Near the end means ~5km to go. No problem if he goes from 40km again.

This happened two weeks ago when people were convinced it was between those two. |

I dont think people really thought it was between those TWO though. I think it was more just Sagan was an overwhelming favourite (FWIW, I bet against him). There's also cobbles involved this time... I reckon it helps to 'polarise' the race between a Cancellara type victory and a Sagan type victory nicely. But we will see
EDIT: Fiver on the above. Plus £2.50 EW on van Avermaet @ 40/1 (!!!)
1/4 odds top 4 places. Now that IS a great bet!

I'm thinking Cancellara and Sagan will look at each other, someone such as Flecha or Stannard will attack, Cance and Sagan will look at each other again, then do nothing and sprint it out for 2nd and 3rd.
And I Nuyens really injured again? Thought he was back... |

I don't know, I don't think Sagan is like that. Just think about last year when he tried to bridge up on his own - he will fight for the win even if it isn't necessarily the best thing to do. Cancellara would totally sit up though.

Ahem, local weather report:
It's very sunny at the moment, but really cold. The wind is not that hard, but it will add cold. Looks like there might be rain later on.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

And Boonen is out, due to a crash. That's a real shame, would've been interesting to see if he could challenge for the win today.

Poor Boonen. Right knee hurt at G-W, this time he hurts his left knee... |
