Hmm... That seems ok. At least Feyenoord is PCT 
And CT 50 teams would be great. It would be a lot of work though

2 teams from Korea, but no-one from Japan or China?
What about LA Galaxy, Seattle Sounders, Shenua, Orlando Pirates, Auckland City???
Also if you use 20 teams in the PT then there can only be 2 wildcards to GT's

You've got some points there.
There is no MLS team even in the Top 200 of the ranking, so I guess they're not in it. So you(Roel) should consider using this list, but putting a few other teams in it instead of for example the last teams in your current list in the ranking...
