Max's Reactions
All in all this was a very succsesful tour, with 2 stage wins for the team (and one for me!). Sadly we didn't leave with any jerseys, but we carried many jerseys over the course of the tour |

Volta ao Algarve
Start List
I am the only one out of Mitch and I because he has become injured in a horrific crash.
Stage 1
A Hilly stage, Dombo is the main man today.
The Race
Boswell is our man for the break today.
I came 2nd in the sprint behind Boswell who was somehow still in front.
Boswell won all the IS and mountain sprints today. But he will be caught.
My leadout was Me-Parker-Lewis-Craddock-Boswell. I wonder how much energy I have left at the finish.
Dombo was by himself with 2.6km to go. He had a 12 second lead.
With 1.5km to go I was launched. Dombo was just holding off the peloton. Can he finish it off?
Yes he can. Dombo takes the win and the leader’s jersey.
I came in 7th place which is still a great achievement. Parker celebrated
the win. He was happy.

Max’s Reaction:
Well I wasn’t expecting Dombo to take the win today. I wasn’t feeling the best today so a top 10 is what I expected today. Great win to Dombo. Just an Amazing finish to the race.
