Wow! That's a great talent!
Yeah, although I admit that talents from PCMFrance DB seem a bit better than the PCMDaily expansion pack ones
Seeing as I wrote the xml codes that PCM.Daily uses (or used, I know in the 2012 db they did, not sure if they are still using them for the 2013 db, which btw I have updated.) Assuming they still use the code I did, the best any new rider can have is a 74 in any stat for 21year old, 73 for a 20, ect.

This is my biggest talent: Aylmer.
He has amazing progress potential, and is able to win GT stages even now! And it was just a gamble when signing him, although it was obvious that he was good, since he won every flat race(and even most of the TTs) he entered in at the U23 races.
Take into account that he hasn't got any days of training, this picture is from 1 January 2013(so the day I recieved him) of my old custom team career with the PCM France DB, long ago
Jesleyn,
I noticed he`s being trained in a different specialisation to the trainers own specialisation.
I thought it was unadvised to do this ?

I think
that specialisation is just showing the best attribute the coach has, but in fact the outcome is still related to the coach attributes instead of the specialisation |

This. There's no problem with training SPRINT with a STAGE RACEs coach if that coach has 9 STAGE RACEs and 7 SPRINT. He will train sprinting just as well as a SPRINT coach with 7 SPRINT and 1 STAGE RACEs. |

But Trainer specialization does give you a good idea of what the trainer is best at
And yes a Stage Race trainer can have 7 sprint, but why not just hire a sprint trainer? For the same level they will cheaper and free up the stage racer to focus on stage racers.

Yes, but this is besides the point. Maybe he only has 1 sprinter and he'd like to train the sprinter. The stage races-coach has only 5 riders and has 7 sprinting, why hire an external sprinting coach, then?
Anyway, the point is just: specialty doesn't matter a bit for the training. |

Actually, I didn't take a look at training at all, I stopped the career at 1 January, so I probably didn't assign the guy to the correct trainer

I know I certainly never have 6 or 7 trainers, normally only enough to cover my riders so that no trainer has more than 8. Often that leaves me with 3 or 4 trainers so most of the trainers I look for can cover 2 skills well.

Ok, not strictly a "talent" in some ways, but just his potential is scary! Like, properly, truly, horrifyingly scary!
So thats (roughly):
FL 84, MO 71, HL 73, TT 70, PL 78, CB 78, SP 85, ACC 84, DH 79, STA 83, RES 76, REC 84
I predict much more success!

Is it a given that Cav,he`s 27 years old, will achive all this development in attributes before he starts to decline?
ie A riders STARS WILL ALWAYS BE DEVELOPED onto his attributes, it just depends how great/good his trainer is as to how quickly he develops? |

Oh he has a 10 sprinter/9classics trainer atm. Plus i checked out his progression rate in an editor... mwahahahahaha
and while i was there i looked at his actual maximums...
FL83, MO76!, HL72, TT70, PL78, CB77, SP85, ACC85, DH79, STA83, RES76, REC83
not much different, but that MO stat made me dance

Hey Cavendish can sometimes be a good climber. When he's towed by the team car he can climb really fast.

Talents, you say?
Some may remember me tweeting how I wish I had a guy from my PCM career on the man game? Well, if you do, this is that guy:
He's not the only one, though.
This is argueably the best sprinter in the world.
Oh! And their super-helper can be shown, too!
Hawke left my team for two seasons to ride for RadioShack, where he won pretty much every single race with a lot of hills. To name a few of his results: Paris - Nice, Amstel Gold Race, Milan - San Remo, Vuelta a España, La Fleche Wallone and Liege - Bastogne - Liege. He won all jerseys in P-N and the Vuelta.
Edit: I play with the orignal database that the game was released with. Newest patch.

Very good riders, indeed.
Do you find them with a scout or contact them from U23 Rankings ? |

Nice talents, especially Hawke! I can't wait to play PCM12 for the first time soon(even though I bought the game was released)

I found them with my scouts, as I don't trust the U23 rankings that much.

hmmm. 76 in MO seems unrealistic. PL and COB stats as well. |
