However he tested positive for anabolic steroids for that performance. Festina Team director Bruno Roussel defended Moreau by saying it was another member of the support staff who had deceived the cyclist and caused him to take the anabolic steroids.[2] As a result of this defence which was put forward by his lawyer, Moreau was able to continue competition. However during the 1998 Tour de France, Moreau along with two other members of the Festina team, Laurent Brochard and Armin Meier, admitted taking EPO after being arrested[3] and were ejected from the race. [4] Confessing alongside the other team members - except Richard Virenque - Moreau served a six-month suspension before returning to racing. Not that it really matters. i doubt Moreau would win anyways since he is french

Well since Paolo Savoldelli was the reserve, Ive put him in for now.
And when someone finds dope reasons for him to go, the new Italian reserves are Franco Pellizotti/Riccardo Ricco/Luca Mazzanti/Rinaldo Nocentini.
Also, change in the French squad. Moreau is replaced by John Gadret and Slyvain Chavanel has swapped with David Moncoutie, so Moncoutie is now a reserve.

How about pollution? Perhaps all of the riders could crash halfway in and withdraw. Then in game under the injury section it would say "lungs raped by the chinese"
