Well... I'm not really happy with your nationality choice... The Netherlands has got too many teams now 
No problem of course, but expect some serious rivalry for dutch riders with me and Luigi

The Main Sponsor will contribute 25%, the Secondary Sponsor 15% and the Nationality 10%.
If your sponsors and nationality are the same then all your riders will be from the same nation.
only 15% of my riders need to be dutch

Wouldnt it make much more sense just switching Main sponsor?
Or it is because of they already got a great jersey, but wanna switch focus?

I don't get the custom rider requirements... You start with the set maximums for you specificaiton, then you plus 1 per year over 18 for each stat? So you can end up with a max of 73 COB for a NC Rider of age 24? And then i get 5 to add on? So i can add another 5 onto any stats of my choice? So i could get up to 78 COB for the same guy? |

You start with the 18 year olds stats. The lower number is the base value. The higher number is the maximum value.
For each year over 18 you add 1 to each value.
Then you get 5 to add to any value you like, but you cant go over the maximum value of any one stat.
