Do use your tour of Central Europe maybe as the only CT GT? |

Would be interesting to follow, especially with the stage in Hungary
But I suppose the CT and WT are not that separated here, since they can get Wild Cards. Apart from that, a CT-only Grand Tour would be interesting

Guess we should hold our custom riders until the allowed stats have been corrected?
Was just plotting the limits and age bonuses in a spreadsheet to make it easier for everyone to make correct stats for custom riders.
As an example of development over age with the current base levels and age bonuses give Merckx-like 32-year olds...
Spoiler 18 yrs | 61 | 62 | 64 | 65 | 66 | 67 | 19 yrs | 62 | 63 | 65 | 66 | 67 | 68 | 20 yrs | 63 | 64 | 66 | 67 | 68 | 69 | 21 yrs | 64 | 65 | 67 | 68 | 69 | 70 | 22 yrs | 65 | 66 | 68 | 69 | 70 | 71 | 23 yrs | 66 | 67 | 69 | 70 | 71 | 72 | 24 yrs | 68 | 69 | 71 | 72 | 73 | 74 | 25 yrs | 70 | 71 | 73 | 74 | 75 | 76 | 26 yrs | 72 | 73 | 75 | 76 | 77 | 78 | 27 yrs | 75 | 76 | 78 | 79 | 80 | 81 | 28 yrs | 78 | 79 | 81 | 82 | 83 | 84 | 29 yrs | 81 | 82 | 84 | 85 | 86 | 87 | 30 yrs | 84 | 85 | 87 | 88 | 89 | 90 | 31 yrs | 88 | 89 | 91 | 92 | 93 | 94 | 32 yrs | 92 | 93 | 95 | 96 | 97 | 98 |

Maybe a stupid question, but I can't really find the answer any place. Do you use the Daily DB as a basic for the game db? |

Just took a look at the points earning, it seems a bit stage race favoured to me. At the moment, for example winning Tour of Beijing is worth more then winning both Milan-San Remo and Paris-Roubaix.
Persoanly I rather liked Welwyn's point system from the nations game. If he's still involved in Café Pedro, maybe you can use some of that? Aside form the better ballance, I also like how he grouped the races by importance.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

I agree with Olldardh. The monuments should definitely earn a team at least as Beijing, no? |

The ranking points are still being devised. And those suggestions have been noted.

@TMM Will age and current stats effect the amount of team points needed for the development of the existing riders? I mean, does someone with age 23 develop cheaper than someone of age 32(who doesn't decline yet) And is it cheaper to 'upgrade' from stat 73 -> 74 than stat 80 -> 81?
It's important to know for my draft tactics

it will cost less to change a stat from 70 to 71 than it will be from 80 to 81.
age will also affect that cost, but to a lesser extent

Since the points and money are still up for discussion, I'll post a few ideas here.
-In general, I think stuff like mountain jersey, points jersey, youth jersey, best team etc should give low points (if any) but high money.
-It would seem best to split up races not only by status, but also by importance (Tour Down Under is not Paris-Nice, Beijing is not Dauphiné). As I said above, I liked Welwyn's system and it would be a good base to start from.
- So a proposed point system would be, in order of importance:
1 Tour GC win
2 Vuelta/Giro GC win
3 Monument win (also add your CT Grand Tour win here if you're gonna revive that plan)
= Win in [P-N, T-A, Dauph, TdS] GC
5 Win in other World Tour GC
6 Other World Tour Classic win
= CT [Big stage race] GC win
8 CT [Small stage race] GC Win
= CT Major single day race win
10 CT Minor single day race win
- For stage wins, they should be about 5-10% of the GC points
These are just some ideas, if you want me to work this out with specific point numbers, let me know
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Could you put some numbers together. Then i can combine Welwyns old system, with yours and mine to give a good solid average
There isn't a CT GT, but the route may pop-up instead of a normal giro variant

I'd be able to cobble it back together, if you want. |
